The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was great. Enjoyed the stay:)

The breakfast was truly mediocre, plastic-packaged pre-digested kiddie stuff not suitable for adult consumption.

The location was very convenient and the room was a very good size. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was an added bonus.

The hotel was older and in need of renovations. The carpets were definitely vaccuumed but very dirty. The stains and smells were impossible to overlook. I arrived at the hotel at 2:50 for a 3:00 check-in. I was told my room would not be ready for at least 45 min. When I entered the room, the window was wide open, and the air conditioner was set on 65°. The smell of smoke was overwhelming! This was definitely a failed attempt to mask the smell. Leaving the window open, the AC fan on and using Fabreze every time we entered did little to lessen the smell of old smoke. We arrived home with a suitcase full of clothes smelling of smoke. Being a non-smoker, this was a very unsatisfactory stay.

Centered around my needs I.E. food, fuel and access to highways.

Noises from floor above at night, there was food crumbs on the desk base of the chair back support, what looked like mold in various places in the toilet/shower room and what looked like poop on the bottom of the toilet seat.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location to Folsom field was great, only a 15-20 min. drive

Nothing I can think of

The shower curtain was barely on, the grab bar by the toilet was coming out of the wall, could easily hear through the walls, the noise from above was awful, the sausage gravy was cold. We asked for a quiet room 🤨 Ha!

The bed was comfortable.

The remote on the TV did not work. Reported it the first day and nothing happened. Also one of the arms on the chair did not have a pad. Also reported it. And there was no real sugar anywhere in the breakfast area.
