Hey y’all! This place was great! Stunning views and central air in almost all rooms and a good AC unit in the bedroom that didn’t have one. Amply stocked with seasonings and coffee. Great coffee maker. Everything pretty much functioned as it was supposed to. The grills worked like a charm and we enjoyed some burgers on the back patio one night. Great place! Would recommend to others including professional colleagues!

Great home base for a campus visit to UVM! We enjoyed the shopping, restaurants, beaches and bike riding that Burlington has to offer. The home offered spectacular views of Lake Champlain and the Mountains.

House is lovely inside. Bathrooms and kitchen beautifully renovated and the view is amazing through a wall of windows. We had a big snow storm in the middle of our stay and we were so glad to just hang out at the house. You just can’t have this kind of getaway at a hotel.

House as advertised, inside was all renovated, plenty of room for the 6 of us, great views of the lake, 12 min walk to church street. great spot for a weekend get away with friends. Thank you

Perfect location in Burlington. Accomodated 3 couples easily, bathrooms updated and cannot beat the view! Would return to this property and highly recommend to adult groups.

The home was perfect for our family long weekend. Walkable to Burlington shops and restaurants, but the view was so gorgeous we preferred to make dinner and sit outside to watch the sunset. Plenty of space and well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend!

This property was everything you expect from the listing! The host was incredibly responsive and the house was amazing. The view of the lake was unbeatable. We loved our stay and we hope to come back again sometime!

We were only able to stay for an evening and early morning, but everyone in our party loved the property. Tidy, comfortable, with modern style and an extraordinary view. Extremely convenient to downtown and the lake. Perfect.

The property was beautiful and Burlington experience was amazing. Our friends haven’t seen one another in years and this was a great place to get together. I highly recommend this property!

This is a great place that I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Burlington. Very walkable to downtown and very comfortable setting with an amazing view. We only had one slight issue when an older neighbor came and started filming us and making a noise complaint at 1:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon which was odd and off putting but other than that this place is great!

Everything was very smooth, with fantastic hosts. The views are amazing - one of the few residential areas with this kind of access. And minutes from the bike trails which were the main reason that we came. Our group only had four adults, but the house was well equipped to handle more people or larger families. Great layout, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor room.

This property was awesome for our adult family weekend skiing at Stowe. The house was absolutely perfect with amazing views of the lake. The location was walking distance to great Burlington spots The hosts went beyond expectations by sending us an item we had accidentally left in the house. It was greatly appreciated. Definitely would love to stay at this property again.

Went on a quick weekend getaway to Burlington and stayed in this lovely VRBO with gorgeous views of Lake Champlain! Also in a great location with proximity to downtown Burlington and a multitude of fantastic restaurants and shops. Owners were very responsive when we had a tiny mishap with the lock and were there within 5 minutes to assist us! Overall incredibly pleased with our stay and would happily stay there again if we ever come back to Burlington.

Perfect location - it is private and away from downtown but within walking distance. Views are to die for & the house is fully stocked.

Had most of all you'd need a home away from home. 1 mi from church st, so great if just walking for night out, but not so great if you're meeting in town all dressed in heels for an event. Nice view of Lake but unfortunately, couldn't walk down to the river from house. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed the decor, the cleanliness, the updated kitchen and bathroom. It was great to have coffee and other amenities available.
