Great location close to a lot of amenities in Gaylord. Easy to walk to restaurants and entertainment. Close drive to the abundance of golf courses in the area.

This was just right for our short stay in town. Brought the whole family and dogs. Host was responsive and great to work with.

This house is in a great location. Very roomy we had plenty of space when family came by for dinner. Easy to communicate with owner answered promptly. This is a great place to stay we will be back.

Great place to spend a few days together with four sisters from various parts of the state. House was roomy and comfortable and met all our needs. Would recommend and would stay again if it works out.

This property is well-suited for large families or groups of friends. There are plenty of dining spaces including a very large dining table with sideboard and a large number of sleeping options. There is a large driveway/parking area and small yard behind a privacy fence/gate. Limited seating in living room for larger groups, but if you’re here to be enjoying the area, this probably won’t present a problem. On arrival, late in the evening, there were no indoor or outdoor lights on. Upon entering, the first thing I encountered was an open bag of trash and food crumbs on floor and furniture. I cleaned up and, exhausted, found the only bed that had been made up and crashed. The next morning, I went into the kitchen to find a mop draining in the sink. I messaged the hosts and received an immediate response. Apparently, there had been a mixup and the cleaning person left the house intending to come back and finish. The host offered to buy my lunch while the cleaning was completed. I declined. Later, I discovered that not only was the mop laying in the sink, the mop water was standing in the sink. After realizing the kitchen sink was being used as a mop bucket, I left it as I found it and used the kitchen only minimally during my stay. This house was not a good fit for me. As a person with a physical disability, the stairs in front and back made life painful and difficult. Others will like it and will find the hosts responsive and eager to earn high ratings.

We took the extended family on a weekend morel hunt. The home had plenty of space and amenities to support the family experience. Clean, spacious, and affordable.

It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay again.

We get together a couple times a year, this was such a perfect spot. The kitchen update made making meals easy and just two blocks off of the main street made for a nice Saturday walk to the fudge shop. There was plenty of connected space for our craft supplies or to lounge on the sectional to watch a movie! Perfect.

We stayed here during our ski trip to Otsego Club and loved it! Great location and awesome house. Will definitely be back!

We had two couples and 2 teens stay over President's Day weekend. This was a great location - close to Gaylord's ski resorts and grocery stores/restaurants. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and had more than enough room for all of us. We even brought our dog and there was a nice fenced in yard for him to enjoy. There was a slight misunderstanding at check-in, but it was cleared up quickly and I appreciated the follow up afterwards. I would definitely recommend staying here - you will love the house!

This location was great for accessing the trails as it was just a few blocks from the trail. The house was also only a few blocks from downtown Gaylord so restaurants/stores/fuel was nearby as well. Plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. There was only 3 of us but the house could definitely accommodate several more adults. Would definitely stay here again! Great host.

This house is spacious and very clean! It worked great for a weekend of snowmobiling. We loved the comfortable mattress on the master bed!

The owners were excellent in communication and the location was right by downtown, with great access to anything that we needed. The house had plenty of space and the backyard was great, especially with our dog!

A friend and I recently stayed at this location while attending a conference in the area. The location is fantastic - within walking distance to downtown Gaylord. The house was very clean and well kept. We would recommend this location and will revisit in the future. Thank you to the hosts for being so easy to work with.

The house is roomy and ver nice! You can walk to the downtown restaurants and the neighborhood is quiet. Large kitchen and well equipped! We enjoyed staying here very much!

Great Place Great Space. Very nice updated home with plenty of space and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This renovated 3 bedroom was a huge hit with our group of 8 Golfers. A few blocks from town and very close to several Courses. The Kitchen and Dining were large and accommodated everyone. The brick patio and gas grill were great. I'd recommend this property.

This was one of our first trips to upper Michigan and we wanted a place that was close to a lot of locations, so that we could take day trips. The house was perfect for this given its location. Also a short walk to downtown for great restaurants and shopping was very good. The inside of the house is beautiful and very spacious. Very nicely decorated and very livable at the same time. It was easy for a week stay. Many thanks for the quick responses on our questions as well. Thanks!

The property owners had amazing communication during our stay. They have remodeled the entire house and every inch of it is comfortable and inviting. The location is downtown close to all the wonderful shops and restaurants.

7 adults for 3 nights. The manager responded quickly to a couple of requests. The location is very convenient to downtown Gaylord. Updated kitchen and bathroom. No complaints about the beds. Good wifi and TV. Note: - Only one bathroom in this unit.

The house was clean and as described. Within easy walking distance to main street and food and shopping. The home has been recently updated and can sleep up to 10. It has a large kitchen and two different eating areas. It only has one full bath and while it wasn't an issue for us, it would be for a large group. On days over 85 degrees, the air condition struggled to cool the whole house at night, but otherwise was quite comfortable. The host was in contact and was professional during our stay. We would use again the next time we are in the area.

Overall, the house was everything we could ask for. The location was perfect for the husbands to go golfing and for the ladies to go explore. The house had plenty of space and was extremely comfortable. The owners were helpful and even got a BBQ grill when we inquired about one!

The property has large rooms with great bedroom layouts to fit the whole family. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the items we needed to prepare and cook our own food. Fully functional laundry room and fenced backyard that worked great for our pet that joined us. The property owners were extremely professional and maintained excellent communication. We had an issue with our code not working on the front door when we arrived late in the evening, the owner was available by phone and made sure we had immediate access without any delay. The whole process was pleasant and convenient.
