Great location. Clean and comes fully stocked with coffee and all the fixings! Sheets are good quality and beds are comfortable. I’d prefer a king bed but I have a tall spouse. Only negative was sewage smell in the building.

Minus the throw up in the entrance hallway, we had a decent stay. The suite door has to pushed or pulled to be secured completely.

Great location, comfortable beds, great sound insulation, convenient parking.
All around incredible stay.
Only adds would be an extra side table or two in the living room for drinks and a stick-on shelf or something in the shower for soap and shampoo so you don't have to put it on the floor.

Property is right in the middle of everything!! Easy to walk to great restaurants and night life. Check in is easy and amenities were perfect. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!!!!

We came to Louisville for a girls weekend we loved the location and the Suite we had was beautiful! I would definitely book this location again on our next trip!
Your Cleaning staff was great they check to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay and they also gave us some tips on where to dine and other fun things to do!

Spent new years at this gorgeous condo. Right on main street and easy access to enter the building. Was the perfect space to run in the new year with friends. Plenty of space for people to stay the night. Living room with windows is a VIBE.

This property is within walking distance to many restaurants, breweries, distilleries and museums. Easy to park at the Muhammad Ali Center which is very close. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location to all the downtown restaurants and distilleries. Property was accessible to garages and easy to check in. The condo was clean - lots of white and clean lines.

Stayed a few days in Louisville. This location really delivered. It was quiet and clean, well stocked with all I needed. It was close enough to walk to a variety of restaurants and entertainment options. Parking was no issue. Will stay here in the future.

Perfect for our fall break weekend! Our family of four and my mom stayed and the set up was great. The condo was clean and nicely updated. Location for us was really nice and allowed us to walk to science museum, slugger museum, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous & comfortable Townhome located perfectly where we wanted to be In Downtown Louisville!!! Plenty of amenities in the unit & owners made several personal touches with items offered as a guest in their property. Beautiful view of the river & never heard any traffic noise with the huge wall of windows! Absolutely would rent this unit again!

Our first trip to Louisville and it did not disappoint. This place is exactly like the pictures, super clean and had all the right amenities for a perfect weekend getaway! It was in a great location to all of our bourbon stops as well as some fun restaurants and bars.

Amazing property
Rented the property for two nights over spring break. It is centrally located in downtown Louisville close to major attractions. The place was extremely clean and beautiful decorated. Pictures don’t do it justice. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional rental at a great location!
One of the best VRBO rental experience. The location of the property is central to everything. The place was clean and very inviting. The amenities were wonderful. Highly recommend and i will be staying there again for sure.

Fab location w River view
Pictures are all accurate plus you can see bridge traffic and river locks ( our friends are water engineers) . Clean and bright plis location means you are poised to walk to all Museums and downtown restaurants.

Great location!
Charming condo in the heart of downtown. We stayed here for a Cardinals basketball game at the KFC Yum center. It was a close walk which is what we were looking for. The property is super cute and has a great view. While the kitchen was well stocked, it would have been great to have some dish towels but not a huge deal. All in all it was a great stay and nicely appointed.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. The location was great-close to good restaurants and museums. Despite being downtown, parking was convenient and easy. The place has a great view of the Ohio River too!
