Darling little house! We saw deer’s in the morning that were in the neighbors yard so cute really nice neighborhood and the house is just darling we all enjoyed ourselves!

My significant other, my 15 year old daughter and our collie mix stayed at this lovely little cottage for 3 nights. The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood as well as into town for shopping and dinner. Our hosts had a guide to restaurants and activities both emailed in advance and left in the cottage. It definitely helped us with horseback riding reservations and deciding where to eat. The cottage was small and the floors did squeak, but that was part of the charm. One of the bonuses was that it was an older, historical property. I loved the hot and cold water dispenser. The place was spotless and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is very cute and comfortable. Heater in the house worked well. The electric fire place added a special touch during the Christmas Eve and Christmas stay along with the Red Christmas tree.....yes RED. The little place was built in the 40's I believe....the small little touches all over the house were fun. Some of the fixtures were original in the bathroom along with the pink tile. The hot tub was awesome, perfect temp. All round, this one is a really top notch original place to stay. Can't say enough good things about it. Also the owners really know what they are doing. They give you very detailed instructions you can print out and have with you....most questions are easily answered if you have an issue, they have done this business for years and it shows because you just have to take the time to read the material provided. You have good Wifi, and plenty of channels too to watch on a gold framed TV.

We stayed here because my mother in law grew up in Prescott. She loved the place and said it was one of the best birthdays she's had. The home felt like a home. The while family agreed to make it a yearly trip. The property was clean and very comfortable to stay at.
