This property was clean and offered all necessary amenities. The beds were clean and comfortable. The showers and bathrooms were in excellent condition. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great properties and great experience. Had a large group for a week long visit to the area. Close and easy access to the normal attractions as well as close to local restaurants when wanting to stay closer. STS

We had two of the units side by side for about 20 guests. It was a perfect location, just minutes away from downtown and right next to a Starbucks and Publix. Super clean, comfy beds, plenty of space. 5/5 can't recommend it enough. Make it easy on yourself if you have a large group and stay here.

Our stay with Itay was fantastic. We stayed here for a bachelor party of 12, split between two units. Itay allowed us to check in early, and was able to answer all of our questions. Having the Publix and Starbucks so close to the units was especially convenient. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing for the group. Two condos next to each other. Owner was ver attentive and replied quickly. Would definitely come stay here again.

Great location, clean, host was amazing

We had 20 people stay in 2 rentals and we all had a great time! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms/getting ready areas to accommodate 20 women. Itay responded within minutes when I needed help with something. The neighborhood is very nice and the rentals were very well kept and clean. Definitely recommend!

We rented two side by side condos for my wife’s birthday and our friends (11 of us in total). Houses easily fit all of us with extra room/beds tj spare. Could easily fit 12-14 people in each condo. Location is nice as only a quick 5 mile drive to downtown/broadway but still quiet when you want it to be. Backs right to Publix which is nice to get some things for the stay. Plenty of parking with 2 car garage for each unit. Lots of restaurants/bars within a mile as well. Would definitely texommend staying and going again

I can’t gush enough about this property! It was so beautiful, clean, secure, and perfectly located for our group! We had a wonderful stay and Itay was so easy to contact if we needed anything and easy to work with! The check in process was so simple and check out process was just as easy. Itay also provided us with recommendations of places to check out in the area which was so nice! I would absolutely stay here again when I visit Nashville next!

There were 18 of us in our family group, which occupied 2 townhomes next to each other. The kitchen and rooms were so clean and beautiful. We had a 1 1/2 year old with us who enjoyed a walk in the morning. They had all the necessities of home , especially in the kitchen. The most amazing feature to me was every bedroom had their own private restroom. The Publix grocery right behind was so convenient. I definitely will be returning! :)

I rented two side by side units and honestly, couldn’t of asked for anything better. Beds are very comfortable, there is a thermostat on each floor to regulate temperature (on a 3 level home this is a win), easy access in and out. We had a large group of women staying and each person raved about how nice this property was. Walked to grocery store and Starbucks and the owner gave an AWESOME suggestion list of restaurants, coffee shops, things to do and see, etc. Thank you for allowing our group to come and stay! We will be back!

Family of 20 visiting for college graduation. Both properties were great and we all had a great time. Stocked well with exception of trash bags and being advised we had to take trash out before leaving. Trash cans outside of property by garages were overflowing and a bit unsightly. Loved shopping at Publix a bit pricey but they had best chicken and cake was tasty. We were close to venue for concert we attended , close to school for graduation, and restaurant for celebration after. We had enough beds and baths. And room to gather to eat and relax. Well done!

Decided to do a group trip to Nashville with Aunts/Cousins and booked two units next to each other. Worked out perfectly for everyone. Was nice to have a full bathroom for each bedroom. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Would recommend. Only downside is packing everything up the flight of steps to the kitchen.

We needed a place to host 14-16 family members for a wedding. These two condos were perfect- easy to find, great parking, well stocked kitchen, and had good security features. The location worked well getting on and off the freeway and fairly close to downtown. Italy was very accessible too when we had a few questions. Overall, we highly recommend these accommodations!

We absolutely loved Itay's spot. The townhouses were immaculate and had everything we needed. It was great that each bedroom had it's own private bathroom, too. The location was quiet, safe, and the close proximity to Starbucks and Publix was a life-saver. We would stay here again any time we're in Nashville.

The property was in beautiful shape and condition and still had that "New condo smell" to it. Our group was celebrating a 50th birthday with 17 people in the age range of 25 -75. Everyone was happy and impressed with the condo- beds and bathrooms easily accessible for any age. Everyone one of us were able to have appropriate bedding (no couches, foldouts or floors needed). Very clean and everything seemed new and worked well. Neighbors were friendly. The Publix and Starbucks within easy walking distance were added bonuses. Access to the condo was a breeze. I highly recommend these unit. If there were more stars to apply I would.

The listing is accurate! Very clean. Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms and open livingroom/kitchen! Publix Grocery store right out the back! Felt safe, not noisy! Owner provided enough toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap for our entire stay - which was great!!! Only had a Keurig, which I know a lot of people like, but I don't like when with a group of people and sitting around the house for the morning. I kept trying to top off my coffee and that doesn't work! (That is the only negative thing I can say!)

Everything these units was outrageously beautiful!! Not a square inch of space here was overlooked when decorating or cleaned. Beyond incredible! You will absolutely love your stay here. I booked 2 units for a bday celebration for 16 adults. SO much space! Would book from them again and again!
