The location of the condo is very close to a lot of stores and the main strip of Coconut Grove. The condo itself was spotless and everything worked as it should. Parking is a tad bit annoying but we alwaysanaged to find a spot. Hosts were very responsive every time we sent a message too.

This room is on the 15th floor of the Arya hotel and is managed by Miami Vacation Rentals. The room has a partial view of the bay which is pretty spectacular. The balcony slider does not have a screen. There is limited parking in the parking garage and one of the evenings, we found the last spot, leaving another guest without a spot. The washer/dryer combo had not been serviced in some time. One evening, it kept us up all night as it struggled to dry our load and repeatedly activated the drain pump. After several sleepless hours, I researched the issue and was able to drain the excess water and clean out the water drain filter which was clogged with torn fabric, coins, and pebbles. I mentioned this to the host and only received a "thank you for your feedback" message. We had to catch up on sleep which significantly affected our plans for the next day. I definitely recommend staying in Coconut Grove, as we were able to reach our destinations in a reasonable amount of time. Sadly, I cannot recommend this location.

This unit was in a great location walkable to everything in a nice bldg. with free parking, and also had a pool and hot tub. The unit itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The views from the higher floor were spectacular! The hosts were welcoming and were very responsive throughout our stay. We stayed for 2 nights and had a very nice time. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close by many good restaurants, bookstore, coffee shop and Art Galleries. Room very comfortable with a nice view. I will come back!

This unit is in a great location for Coconut Grove. Walk to everything - church, water, food, etc. We were able to walk to the Marina for our Boca Chita Key / Stiltsville Heritage Boat tour and then when we drove to the Dante Fascell Visitor Center for tours and boating down there, it was opposite traffic going into / out of Miami so we made great time in both directions. Hosts were very responsive to minor problems and they provided a sharp knife and cutting board so we could cut up our fruit for breakfast. There are nice basic dishes and flatware for any meal prep or eating in the unit. Kettle is great for making tea. Since there is an incomplete door on the shower, one must aim it straight down to avoid watering the floor. Desk light is useful, but you have to unplug it if you have anything you need to plug in on the desk. (a multi-tap adapter on that plug would be useful.) Great view of water and surrounding area from small deck and this is the only table in the unit so all meals eaten in the unit will be likely at this table - the view makes it worth it! Have to wash dishes in the bathroom sink but dish soap and scrubber provided. Bed supplied with two sheets and comforter - wish there had been a lighter blanket but adjusted temperature to use just the sheets. This is the first unit we have been in that had TWO luggage racks which are needed if TWO people are traveling!

Our cruise departure was delayed, even though we had declined late checkout the day before Silvia arranged it for us within the hour. Our room was also great with an amazing view.

I only needed a place to stay in Coconut Grove for one night and this spot was perfect! I booked the night before and by the morning of my booking was confirmed and the property manager reached out directly to coordinate check in time. The property manager's service was above and beyond anything I've previously received with VRBO, just superb - extremely responsive and friendly. She also got me ib my room earlier than the 4pm check in time and she took my luggage while I waited for the room. Room was clean with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Highly recommend renting here.

This is the perfect location! Close to the airport, cruise terminal, and downtown activities. We loved being able to walk to breakfast and had the BEST Pizza ever 1 block away Harry’s Pizzeria. Highly recommend d this property and hope to return!

- Location 5/5. Mostly quiet. Great restaurants. Fun to walk down by the pier at night. - Quiet unit - Pool and hot tub area were nice. - Great bathroom Recommendations - The sliding door to the balcony needs to be cleaned more often (both the handle where you open the door and where the door slides) - The A/C may need to be serviced. It was Dripping on the floor slightly (could just be because it's humid) - The decorative tile is a good idea in the eating nook but when the grout was put in, some of the grout got on the tiles. They aren't dirty but they look like they are (maybe replace at some point). - We didnt have our room number at check in. Had to text and ask or ask the front desk. Would be nice to know ahead of time (or if we got it, it was buried in communication. Just need it more apparent). Finally, because the hotel restaurant is closed it would be nice if the manager let you know about the 20% discount for breakfast at the restaurant next door. Thankfully the front desk told us about it and we were able to take advantage of that the second day. Minor issues, but for the price and location but we would come back :) Thank you!

Beautiful view and cute small room walking distance to shops, restuarants and outdoor water activities. The room floor needs to be cleaned better. My feet were black every time i walked on them even after getting out of the shower. The smoke alarm beeped for 2 nights straight due to low battery and no one did anything to stop it. Other than those things like the place and will return in the future.

Property was in an excellent location and very clean. I enjoyed my complimentary bottle of wine and enjoyed my stay, would definitely recommend this vacation property! Gwen (Treeva)

GREAT location in the heart of Coconut Grove with an amazing view from the balcony. Tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I only stayed 1 night since I was on my way to drive the Florida Keys and meet up with friends in Key West. Will stay here again on the next road trip to The Keys!

My husband and I came down for a business trip. We were looking for something with a water view but out of the hustle and bustle. This place was the perfect find. It was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the water. The best part was the location! We could walk to all kinds of food and entertainment, all while feeling safe. Definitely recommend this gem 😊

Very nice but please tell the owner the unit needs a full mirror - you can only see yourself as far as your chest. There's room in the closet for it. Another safety bar in shower would be nice and easier to get out - otherwise it's great

We love Coconut Grove, and this is a great location. The room description was accurate and the room was clean. A few things could have used some fixing or upgrading (e.g., cracked tile floors, no hot water in bathroom sink). Given that there are some kitchen utensils, it also would have been nice to have supplies for cleaning them (dish soap and towels), as dirty mugs and plates piled up during our stay. Coffee pods were only provided for one day of our three-night stay, which struck me as odd. The site manager also failed to meet us at the front desk for check-in at the time we planned, which was an inconvenience. The front desk eventually just gave us the key, and the site manager met us later in our room. The bed was comfortable, however, the shower was great, and we enjoyed the balcony. The hotel amenities (including free parking) were also nice to have. Hosts were responsive to our texts during our stay and granted a 30-minute extended check-out, which was appreciated. All in all, this was a good stay, though given the price, I think some improvements are needed to earn five stars.
