The home was exactly as described, clean, spacious and close in proximity to the conference center for the week. Highly recommend if you're traveling to the Houston area!

This was a nice stay. The area is close to restaurants yet it was safe. The garage was a huge bonus for us since we’re traveling across the country with a car full of stuff. Note that the unit is 4 stories—the first being the entry with one queen bedroom/bath, the second is the living/kitchen/dining with one bathroom, the third floor is the king room and a queen room and the fourth floor is the deck. Beautiful comfortable decor and good communication with owners and prop manager. We’d stay again.

The property has a great location you can get to multiple venues with ease. The property was very clean when we arrived. There were somethings missing but once I called they were more than willing to make simple accommodations and that’s good customer service. Now, I don’t want to be negative because the management was so nice. So with that in mind I will say there are areas for improvement. 1. The rental can sleep 6 adults comfortably, however each person had one set of towels. I had to call the management, because there was no one pod for one load of clothes. Towels need to be a better quality. Just a suggestion. 2. Several lights were burned out, but again management brought over a cute multi light lamp. 3. Multiple emails with checking in. The first email gave the gate code, then a second email on how to get into the unit. The door latch and code did not operate properly so again we had to call and they unlocked the door remotely! All of this is very simple, have a list for the cleaner to check them stock up or have your maintenance man go and fix the issues between rentals. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Spacious modern property. Best couch ever is in the living room. Great for napping and chill time. Each bedroom was comfy with its own bath...big plus. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Good communication by the host. The house is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in midtown and conveniently located to everything. Breathtaking views of downtown from the rooftop. The house is well furnished and feels very comfortable. Definitely will return

Overall nice place!!! Plenty of space, high quality floors, and furniture. Location was quiet and really close to Downtown Houston, which was important for me having access to our Fraternity Conference at the Marquis Marriott Hotel. Very walkable neighborhood with friendly people. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was phenomenal. The check in & out process was very convenient. We did have a major issue with small washcloths. They did not leave us any small towels, so they said they would deliver some. They promised us an amazon delivery on the first day and we never heard back or received the small towels. So, we had to go buy some in order to bathe. Aside from this, it was a clean, spacious house in a safe area. The fact that it was gated and you had a garage for your car made the stay even better! I would most definitely recommend this house to anyone!
