House was great for a family visit. Plenty of room and the backyard and "cavern" with a pool table/arcade was amazing!

The house was gorgeous. It was perfect for our group of 10 to enjoy the weekend together. Only thing I found a little odd in the layout was the master bedroom did not have a closet or a coat closet near by - so I had to live out of my suitcase for the weekend. The upstairs bedrooms do have a closet. Communication with the property manager was great. They were very quick to respond and act. Also they were incredibly nice every time I called them. One callout I would make is the decibel monitor is incredibly sensitive. If your whole group of 10 is in the kitchen together, it will go off - even if you're having a normal conversation. The first night we only have 8 people staying there as 2 were coming the next morning. That night we did not get a text alerting us that the monitor went off. But as soon as the 2 others showed up, we starting getting alerts from the 24 hour service asking us to lower our volume. My only feedback to this management company is if you are going to advertise this place for 10 people, you should make sure the monitor can handle a 10 person conversation - especially in a communal room like the kitchen. I completely understand the importance of the monitor. I'm not saying the setting needs to be raised a lot, but it shouldn't go off when the whole group is chatting in the kitchen with no music on.

Relaxing family get away! Enjoyed lazy evenings in the backyard and wonderfully appointed comforts of home all throughout the property. We are all looking forward to returning!

This house is perfect for families and groups of friends loved everything about the amenities and character will def be coming back!

We went to Fredericksburg for a relaxing getaway , we enjoyed shopping, tasting wine and going out to eat but most of all we just loved hanging out in this great house with our friends sitting around the firepit at night and talking !!! We will be coming back to this great house, hopefully soon. We were a group of 3 couples, been friends for 45 years and enjoyed every minute of our time together hanging out at this house.

Plenty of room, amenities, pool/go tub were great. Very accommodating host. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was very nice. Great outdoor space with pool, fire pit and outdoor living area and dining area with grill. Fire pit was awesome! Stairs to upstairs were a bit difficult. Beds and bedrooms were good. Really appreciated the number of plugs and USB ports in the bedrooms to plug in phones and I-pads etc.. Also had a great game room in the back of the property which we unfortunately did not have time to use. Property is close to downtown and restaurants and not far from wineries. Would definitely use this property again!

The house was awesome! It was very clean and it was definitely made to entertain! Great house to stay with family or a group of friends!

The only problem we had with Rosewood Haus was the step down/up on the walkway/patio area. The step up/down should have some type of warning strip that would prevent falls. One of our party fell - 74 year old woman. She was extremely fortunate the injury was no worse than a bad hematoma on her thigh and skinned knee and elbow. Everything else with our stay was very enjoyable. The location is close to town. The kitchen and baths are furnished with all the amenities one could need. Will certainly consider staying here again when we visit Fredericksburg.

We had a wonderful time. The property was amazing and super clean. Beds were very comfortable. We will be back for sure.

We rented this property for our 2nd annual girls trip and it did NOT disappoint!.

You guys made this so easy! This property is so well thought out. We loved the indoor space and privacy we all had in great spaces rooms. The outdoor space was incredible!

We had an amazing time at this property, it was perfect for the romantic getaway we needed. The outdoor space is lovely, and plenty of accommodations throughout the home. During our stay we noted that the Roku remote to the outdoor TV was out of batteries, the shampoo/shower gel was empty in the master bathroom, and there was a small piece of white tile that was dislodged on the master bathroom floor as well (we left the tile by the bathroom sink). Otherwise, it was beautiful!

We had a great time staying here for our girls trip! The house was beautiful and the backyard area was so nice. Would love to stay here again!

So the overall experience of the stay was nice, the house was as described but the following issues occured during our stay. The pool was dirty and we had to clean it personally, there was no body wash, shampoo or conditioner in 2 of the 3 bathrooms but after calling the number listed the 2 bathrooms were fully stocked again. There were only 3 pods for the laundry so we were limited on who could do laundry. The half and half for the coffee was expired. Other than the issues listed the overall experience was great and the house was nice.

Me and two other pastors came to F’burg to retreat, plan, talk and decompress and this house was perfect. We spent almost every waking hour in the backyard. The pool and hot tub were nice…but we loved the putting green. I would certainly recommend your house and bring the wives and friends next time. House is big enough for way larger groups and tons of off the street parking for all the guests. 5 stars all the way around. Oh only issue we had was the disposal didn’t work and owners had a guy out to fix within the hour. You guys are great!
