Pros: Clean: The property was exceptionally clean, and everything was well-organized. It’s always a relief to land in a clean space a day of travel. Quality Amenities: High-quality amenities provided. From dishes to towels, everything felt premium and not cheap. Hot Tub and Pool: The hot tub and pool were well-maintained and a great way to unwind after a long day. Convenient Location: The apartment’s location was fantastic. Disney, Knottsberry Farms, Target, and Walmart were all within a short drive. Universal and beaches were more of a hike. Cons: Strict Rules: Unfortunately, the property had strict rules. Cameras and sensors monitored compliance to even have a quiet sit in the hot tub after 10 PM. To be fair they didn't hide these details, it's just a bigger deal than I thought it would be. Bunk bed safety: If you have children, be cautious about the bunk beds. There were no guards on the top bunk, and our kids fell out of the bottom bunk. Thankfully, they weren’t on the top level. Low Water Pressure and Smoke Alarms: One of the bathrooms had low water pressure, which was frustrating. Additionally, using the stove triggered the smoke alarms. Communication Issues: The most significant frustration was communication. While initial interactions were prompt, questions about hidden fees (totaling $400) went unanswered. Lack of transparency around costs was disappointing.

The house was simply fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12 with no issues. The kitchen was generously stocked, and the cleanliness of the place was commendable. Its central location allowed for easy access to everything. The house rules were a bit extensive but understandable given the standard of the property. Overall, we loved staying here and would surely return.

I was very happy with the overall experience. Very clean and had everything I needed.

We rented this place to be able to have time to visit a friends daughter who just had baby. The place was clean and neat. We really enjoyed this place. The only drawbacks were washing machine had a very loud noise when it ran, which was reported to the maintenance guy on Thursday when he came in to take out trash. Also, he did not called or let us know he would be coming in, which was a bit of a shock since my wife was doing work at that time and saw a random guy in the back yard. And the drinking glasses can not be clean by dishwasher, when we put one to get clean it cracked. But other than that the place was great, close to anything we needed and safe.

We loved our stay at this location. It was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were much welcomed even on a few rainy days in March! The check in process was a bit much as we felt like we were signing a ton of documents and verifying our identity, but this is perhaps because we made our reservation about a week before our stay and they wanted to make sure we were not doing anything fraudulent- I guess that happens... Overall, we loved our time there and didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Beautiful house and great location for Disney trip, went with a toddler and house was close enough to go back and forth for naps during the day.

First time using the VRBO platform and had a wonderful experience. The house was wonderful headquarters for all family dynamics. It was also a short drive to disneyland. Easy to navigate to and close to all amenities. Will definitely book for the next disneyland trip.

We had a nice stay but i will say stuff like thw towels and blankets could be replaced and some deep cleaning. The door alarm to pool area was super annoying and i could barely reach it to turn off and my friend couldnt reach it at all so thats a issue. And too many rules it really made us all feel uneasy

The property was as well presented as I have ever seen in holiday rentals. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our stay up to expectations. The pool was crystal clear and the jacuzzi was fantastic. Strongly recommend.

The outside alarm for the pool is the most annoying system put in place.

We saw 8 spiders 2 in the bedroom 4 in the bathroom and 2 in the living room!!! Other then that it was fine

Property is close enough to Disney property for easy access (12 minute drive), and far enough removed to take a break from the chaos. Kids and parents loved the private pool and game room. Tons of restaurants in close proximity. Great place to stay for a week.

Unable to use swimming pool after 10pm. Too many bugs around the house. Restrooms didn't have any towels holders!

We really enjoyed staying here for a week, visiting theme parks and beaches. It was super close to Disneyland. The house was nice and clean and we enjoyed the pool and spa for hours. It felt very private. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away. The only minor quibble was slow Wi-Fi, which made streaming TV kinda annoying, so we stuck with the provided cable. We would certainly stay here again!

The home is beautiful and clean with well stocked kitchen supplies, linens, towels, pool toys, laundry needs and baby car items. The pool was great and we all slept very comfortably. The only thing that was frustrating was not having been given the gate code and thinking that the door code to the house was all we needed. It delayed us getting in while we searched for a different door to put a code in. The property managers are very quick to respond tho and got us the code we needed. Only other feedback I’d say is if you can add a crib sheet to the linens for the pack-n-play. Otherwise we could come again!

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and we felt like we’re at our own home, it’s so relaxing and it had everything we could need. I’ll definitely stay there for other vacations.

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for spring break. We wanted a home in a quiet neighborhood with a pool & hot tub. We visited Disney for 2 days, which is about 10-15 minutes away. We also visited Universal, Santa Monica and LA, and those are all a good hour away. All is exactly as described. It has everything you could possibly need. We stopped at Super Walmart and picked up our groceries for the week. There are tons of stores and places to eat nearby. Expressway is close and easy to get to. The property manager was easily accessible and good with communicating by text, and phone. Instructions were clear. The house itself was updated and comfortable to sleep & stay in. We've stayed at a lot of rental homes through the years and this one ranks at the top. The pricing is very fair for what you get and they work hard to make your stay good. If I had to make any suggestions, it would be about the child safety alarm on the back door. This is an excellent setup if you have little kids; however, we had teens and adults. There is no way to disconnect the alarm for visitors that don't need it. In our case, we set the alarm off quite a few times, even when we pressed the bypass button (if you don't press it hard enough). Maybe that is a CA state law, I'm not sure but the alarm is very hard on the ears and I would imagine to the neighbors, too. We would absolutely rent from these owners again. Located off busy road but privacy was not an issue (outside locked gate prior to locked entry to the house). Obvious old house with updates (flooring could use repairs/updating, pipes are old). Furnishings and appliances were nice, appreciated the extra air mattress to accommodate our group. Located close to Disneyland. Could use an updated dryer (had to run constantly because it did not dry quickly). Having said that, having extra towels would have been appreciated. Pool alarm was a challenge due to height of some occupants (adults). Game room and pool space were nice to have with kids (loved the supplied kids life vests and pool toys). Overall the house was nice and an easy drive to Disneyland.
