Fantastic property, great location! Just beautiful! The only issue I had was the communication. I have some specific dietary requirements and wanted to ensure what type of coffee pot would be there, so I could have my sister who lives in Arizona shop ahead of time (she would be staying there with us), and I could not get anyone to respond if it was a drip or cup. I think I reached out 3 times, and each time I was told someone would get back to me. My sister ended up packing hers up and bringing it to be safe. I know, sounds silly. Fun fact, they have a drop coffee maker (if anyone is interested). However, when I called to see if we could add on pets or if it was too late, they were very quick w/ response for the added cost, but again, I had to do a couple follow-ups afterward as I did not see the charges added to my card prior to our trip. The link also did not work w/ all the check in info, but they were great about sending that via sms for me. All in all it worked out great and the property is wonderful! Thank you!

This was a perfect spot for our family to relax while we transitioned into our new home after selling our old home. We were very comfortable and cozy.

Great location to Surprise stadium, drug stores, restaurants!!

This was a great house having multiple kids, close to the ballparks in Surprise and lots of food options close. Quiet and nice neighborhood.

Everything is good but the sink on second floor, the drain is stuck.

This home was much larger than we needed, so we just used the ground floor. We needed a place without a pool for our yorkie, who enjoyed the patch of grass in the backyard. The bed and other furniture were quite comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and flatware for a good number of people, though we didn't use them. The coffee maker was great. We noticed that there were no kitchen linens. We would gladly stay here again. It was close to our areas of interest and we enjoyed hearing the fast planes take off from Luke AFB.

Group of friends came out for a tennis tournament. Only 10 minutes from the tennis center. Place had plenty of space. Kitchen was a little sparse but enough to make basic meals. We were happy with staying here. Air conditioning was limited to 73 degrees but that was fine.

My family and another were playing in Peoria and Surprise for a USA baseball tournament. It was a good location about 10 minutes from the Surprise Complex and 35 from Peoria. The house was clean and had space for all 6 of us.
