This home is one of favorites, lists of beds for a large group of friends or family, plenty parking, space inside, comfortable sitting areas inside and out. Really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and feel of being in the woods. Couldn’t be happier about my trip there, home, and host.

Beautiful house and property. The house has so many little areas to enjoy time with family and kids. Close to rafting, hiking and downtown Fayetteville. We definitely will return!

Loved this vacation, location and all there was to do. The property was spacious, clean and easy to find. We had plenty to do in the area and on those few rainy days, we had a lot of games that were provided by the host that kept our family of 4 adult children happy. Town of Fayetteville is a hidden gem in West Virginia! Adorable house located close to town and local attractions and hiking. Host was wonderful! House fit 10 of us comfortably!!!

We stayed here for my husbands birthday with friends and could not have picked a better place for the price! The house is set up to make their guests truly feel at home. We enjoyed all of the games it had to offer and the location was perfect! Thank you so much for a great stay. We loved our Thanksgiving at this great home. Plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved the outdoor space !

We went to WVa to see and learn as none of us had been there before. We would have liked to be there in mid Oct but that wasn't possible for all of us. We missed the peak of leaf color. We did enjoy visiting all the Nat'l Park Viewing areas. We drove over to The Greenbrier one day and truly enjoyed the bunker tour and lunch. We had a similar experience at the Tamarack Center. It did rain a couple days so we enjoyed the Coal Mine tour in Beckley. The house had plenty of room and was well equipped for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the fire pit several afternoons. I would recommend it to others.

We had 8 people in our party and had plenty of room. House is very clean and we loved the heated towel racks. Very nice to set outside around the fire pit.

Converging from various points on the map to spend a long weekend together, this space was great for our college reunion. With multiple common spaces, various bedding options for kids, and easy access to New River Gorge for outings, we had a great time in a great space.

It was a very spacious property and great views. It was a great place to hang out after White Water Rafting.

This house was very spacious and had a layout that was conducive to a large group. It was very close to Fayetteville restaurants and grocery stores, and just a short drive to Adventures on the Gorge. Cy was prompt with his responses and gave helpful instructions. Really the only downside is that many of the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. A lot of our group did not sleep well on them and several people quit trying and ended up sleeping on couches

I traveled to WV with a group of 10 adults. This house accommodated all our needs. We were comfortable, enjoyed the patio space, kitchen, grill. Host was very responsive as well. Thanks you!!!

Extremely convenient location to New River Gorge park. The property is well maintained, clean, with all conveniences, including thoughtful board games to keep kids occupied in between activities. Cy was incredibly responsive and gave very helpful recommendations. We had a lovely stay for a group of 10 - didn’t feel crowded, but were quite comfortable.

Great listing that is within minutes of Fayetteville and the most popular areas of New River Gorge NP! Huge house with lots of bedrooms and family areas. Pros: Amazing location! Lots of family activities available at the house (basketball hoop, grill, outdoor space, air hockey table, games Roku TV's, screened in patio)! Tons of bedrooms! Cons: Doors/locks can be a little finicky/tight. This is an amazing house and location, you can't beat it in the Fayetteville area! I would look at staying here again on our next trip!

We had a large group of family stay at this wonderful property. It was the perfect house for us to spread out comfortably and filled with fun activities for all ages. It is close to so many area attractions, but tucked away in a peaceful spot. We loved our week here and would definitely return. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay in Fayetteville. Went to enjoy the outdoors with a scout group. Property was clean and owner was super communicative. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook in for our group meals. Would definitely stay there again!

Very roomy and comfortable home. We will definitely consider this home again. Large rooms, plenty of beds and baths. Great seating areas for family time (multiple). One shower is very small and one bathroom has a jacuzzi tub but no shower. Third bath shower was good. Large kitchen and nice outdoor area for enjoying.

We booked a family rafting trip & our home away from home was perfect! We had a large group but plenty of space for everyone. The home was well equipped with towels, linens, bath products as well as the laundry room. We had a lot of rainy weather but still managed to grill with plenty of "hang out" space both inside & out. Easy communication, as well as check-in & check out process. Would definitely stay again!

The house worked well for our families. Perfect layout. Fayetteville is a gem with mtn biking, state parks, national park, and water park. We were not disappointed. Ample parking. Cy was quick to respond to my questions. Thank you.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 10. The location was easy to get to and really close to everything. We especially liked that there were plenty of linens, towels, extra blankets, and pillows. Cy was quick to answer any questions and I'm sure if we had any problems, they would have been addressed promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

House sits on a great piece of land with beautiful outdoor views. Very clean. Short drive to Fayetteville. Ample parking.

We had a great stay. There were 10 of us, including 4 children ages 2-7. Lots of room for the kids to run around. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the basketball hoop. Very comfy accommodations. The owner was very responsive and communicative. Fayetteville is a great town. Loved Freefolk Brewery and Pies and Pints. Definitely recommend the property.

We spent 5 days at this location. Ages varied from 85 to a 1 year old with four generations coming from 3 locations. The house was perfect for all of us and well maintained. Communication was great with quick response’s answering any questions we had. We’ll stay here again.

We had such a great time and enjoyed all of the comfortable spaces. It snowed a bit so we never left the house and it was perfect. I loved all of the great sleeping spaces too. Thank you for sharing your home.
