Beautiful, quiet location close to everything Albuqueque. Our hosts were wonderful and the accommodations private and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, if available.

This was a very comfortable, quiet place in a nice area. My trash was changed out frequently and my sheets were also changed. The hosts were kind and accommodating! :)

Excellent quiet location framed by the majesty of the Sandia Mountains. Cleanliness of the highest order and gracious hosts who know how to make a guest feel appreciated and welcome. Highly recommended.

Very clean, very comfortable. Good bed. I really like that the drawers are in a small room off the bathroom so the bedroom does not feel cramped, and there is a ton of space to put and hang things.

Lovely room and bathroom with private entrance and view of front landscape. I will stay again. It is in close proximity to a friend's home in Rio Rancho. This is not a negative but an FYI; if you like coffee or tea in the a.m., bring instant coffee or tea bags with you, your fixings, and a receptacle so you can make in the microwave.

The Property was fantastic _ we could get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes. a 10 minute drive north took us up to the Ski resort where the Aspens were in full fall glory. I was disappointed that we didn't PLAN to stay longer , it was perfect

I'd stay here again. The host met me upon arrival and gave me a short tour to help ensure I was comfortable. The room was great, it has its own door and I came and went as I pleased. It's located between both ends of town with easy access via 528.

The place is quiet and clean.

Outside lights are extinguished at 10 p.m. This causes extreme safety issue when getting back to room late at night and have to go through 2 separate gates in the dark! No outside seating other than a small bench in very small courtyard outside main house front door. There is no ice availability or freezer storage. No visitor control of heat for room. Otherwise, well kept room with basic amenities.

Our stay here was comfortable and easy. The room was clean, spacious, and so much better than what you would get at a basic hotel. Ty and his wife met us later than anticipated with a warm welcome! They were incredible hosts and provided handmade masks to take and keep. I wore my cute hot air balloon mask everywhere that weekend. We would definitely stay again given the opportunity!

The unit was beautiful. The owners were so nice. Great location, comfy bed, nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I had an amazing time staying here for our Balloon Fiesta trip! The location was perfect and the property is so beautiful and well-kept! The hosts were wonderful and provided everything we needed. Would highly recommend!
