This was my second time staying at this location and would recommend it. Just mins from the beach, golf course, grocery store, and restaurants. Great central location and very clean. Great communication with the host and easy transaction! We will be back!

Well maintained and very clean unit with a well equipped kitchen. Its a long walk or short drive to the nearest beach but the property itself is in a beautiful wooded setting. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice quite area of the main road. Behind house is a wooded area, it was nice sitting on the deck and watching the birds. Short drive to the beaches. Very comfortable bed, nice area in the living room to relax. I would definitely rent this place again.

We were really surprised, opened the door and felt good about our stay, well supplied with towels, coffee ect., a little ways from the beach, but not too far from anything. Comfortable beds. I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS

Great stay on Dauphin Island with the family

We spent four nights and enjoyed every minute. We had breakfast twice at Pirates and dinner once.Very convenient. Relaxing!

Great location and dog friendly. We were close to the beach and having our two dogs with us just made the vacation. Our close friends rented two of the other units so our big crowd got to enjoy a great week together. We spent time at the beach with our pets, went deep sea fishing and dined at the local restaurants. Tourist attractions were the ferry boat ride, the forts guarding Mobile Bay, the bird sanctuary and the local artists. The water pressure was low at times but certainly not a deal breaker. Front porch visiting and late night card playing rounded out our trip. Very much recommend this stay.

The property was great. Very quiet and peaceful which is just what we needed. Only issue is I assumed the beach was right outside in the back yard but it wasn’t.

Everything about the house is as advertised. We were staying on the end of a road trip and the Island was the perfect destination! The host has a helpful binder that gave us all the info we needed to make the most out of our three days. We will be back!

This trip was all about relaxation and treating our son to a great weekend before his school started back up. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was fairly central to all of the activities we wanted to do.

Great experience here! Our family had never been to Dauphin Island, or even a beach before, and this was a great place to stay for our first experience. While not within easy walking distance of a beach, it's centrally located between the island's public beaches. It's also close to, but just far enough away from the main road that it feels secluded. The furnishings are nice and beds are comfy. Our 3 kiddos shared the fullsize bunk bed. The bunk bed was abit wobbly and I had to grab a tool to tighten up the hex bolts to feel confident in them climbing around on it. We enjoyed coming back from the beach to ice cold A/C and relaxing on the couch or playing games together. And the soundproofing is great. We barely heard our upstairs neighbors, and our first night it stormed pretty hard and we didn't hear a sound. Water pressure is pretty low and was a bit of an issue and bummer, but we made it work. I could see that being a deal breaker for some, though. The kitchen is nice, though wasn't stocked with all the essentials we'd wanted (example: didn't find a baking sheet for frozen pizzas and had to use foil). The wrap around porch is nice, too! Overall it was a great stay for us. Not fancy or glitzy, but just nice and functional. Will consider staying again if we visit Dauphin Island in the future!

Great little place to stay. Only thing we really didn’t like was having the washer and dryer in a room out back vs inside the condo but otherwise a nice little place! Water pressure for a shower was fine as long as nothing else was running but even without anything else running the sink had pretty bad water pressure. Contact with the owners were great. It was clean for the most part but whoever had stayed before must not have used the bunk beds but crawled around on them as there was sand on top of the duvet. Nice neighborhood and amazing little island in general.

The only thing that could of been better is the rug in the master bedroom. You had to pull the rug back in order to open or close. Other than that. Nice place!

Property was perfect. Location was great.

The condo was nice we enjoyed it had very little water pressure and it got worse when the other guests was in the other rentals not sure what the problem was but overall we enjoyed our stay beds was great the kitchen could you a few more pots and pans and a few other basic items in the kitchen otherwise it was great will stay again

The unit we rented was nice and clean. Location was not bad, but it's not beachfront/ocean front. Overall, a good experience. Will look into renting again in the future.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. It was a much-needed getaway for me. My husband passed away in December and I just needed a few days to relax, and this place was perfect for that. The only downside to this property is the water pressure. We were actually the only people staying at this location during our visit. If the other units had been full, we would not have been able to use the water at all. Other than that issue, it's a great place to stay and I would recommend it 100%. It is pet friendly and I was able to take my Aussiedoodle with me. She enjoyed our little get away as much as I did.

Very nice place!

Rooms were amazing and very clean. The house is near everything you might need or want to do and never had any issues with noise upstairs except for kids running. The house was filled with essentials and we did not have to supply anything for laundry or dishes. Parking situation is a little different than home but it is first come first serve! I would not recommend bringing more than 2-3 cars. Charcoal grill worked wonderfully and the fridge was big enough for everything we needed! Beds are very comfortable and the bunkbed was fairly large. The only issue, the bunkbed moves A LOT when you shift around. It wasn’t much of an issue though. There were more than enough linens for showering and the shower was just right in size. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you!

Close to restaurants and beaches

Accommodations were quite nice. Very short distance to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable for the price, granted this was off-season. Definitely would recommend.

We rented this condo so my partner could attend a job interview on the island, it was such a wonderful get away! Quiet neighborhood and our we loved the sand dune behind the condo. The condo was clean and in a great location.

When trying to key into the stay, the code given to me over the app was incorrect. Spent about 10 minutes trying to contact the property manager to get in. I also noticed that the water pressure was too low in the shower. After several reviews pointing out this issue, I would’ve thought it would have been remedied.
