Property was exactly as described. Neat, clean, and well supplied. It's not in the middle of all the action which is nice as it stayed quiet. But, the property is still close enough that you are never more than 10-15 minutes away from most all of the restaurants and activities in Branson.

People were nice and friendly, pool was okay, units were recently renovated and spacious.

We stayed at this property for the Eclipse- and it was 100% worth it. From the beginning the staff were very helpful, the property was clean, and they had plenty of things to to do on-site. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo, the full kitchen and screened in porch were a wonderful addition. Would definitely stay here if we ever head this way in the future!

Nice amenities. Very good communication with front desk. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They may need to update in the near future.

Amazing country style

Great little get away with the kids!

It's a good location between the Branson strip and the Top of the Rock adventure. There are some restaurants, mountain coaster, and Spa02 near it. Three of us had massages at Spa02 and loved it, great price! Less than a mile away. Anyways, the staff was on top of things and welcoming. Draw backs: resort fee, we didn't have time to use the stuff.. didn't even check it out. So we paid to putt putt twice in town. So for us the resort fee was a waste. Not sure if all the properties have that fee or not. I couldn't give it 5 stars on clean because there was hair in the tub and a fake nail on the bathroom floor. Otherwise well mainted and overall clean. It had good price and the community was quiet. Parking was close to the units. I'd stay here again.

Toilet was clogged. Heat/ac didn’t work in master bedroom. When I made the purchase on VRBO I thought I was getting 1 place that could sleep 12 instead I got two places so I had to pay twice the resort fees and security deposits. And after driving 4 hours to get there right at check in they send you to another desk to get your parking pass and you are hit with a tourist trap before you even get to your room. They try to make you sit through an open house where they make promises of free tickets to shows
