We came to Indianapolis for a wedding. The house was everything we were looking for. It was clean, perfect size in a great neighborhood. We felt safe coming back from our activities. The owner was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

Good for concerts at Ruoff.

Reanna is a wonderful host who responded promptly to any questions. She was very receptive to any feedback, positive or not. This home is in a very mature neighborhood, so this is an older property. We felt very safe and the location was perfect for our needs.

We stayed just one quick night after a concert, got in late and we were starving so the snacks were such a nice touch. Clean, comfortable, easy to check in. Would recommended

We met friends from Michigan. It was perfect for visiting. We each had our own space and we had a great place for sitting around and talking. The house was clean and comfortable.

This VRBO had everything my group needed. The place was clean and very very quiet at night. Perfect for our trip to Indy.

Great house! It was clean and had everything we needed for a girls night. The check in process was a breeze and Reanna was great with communication. Loved the fenced in yard and fire pit!

For 5 women shopping and visiting on the north side of Indy this house with3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and large dining table was so much better than a hotel.

Comfortable close to everything we needed. Snacks and kurig coffee a mice plus. Internet worked well for my working at home.

Great property owner and home. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent stay for our family. We were greeted with many little extras that we were not anticipating, toiletries, snacks, coffee and wine complementary treats. The owner was immediately responsive. The home is well-stocked and in a fabulous neighborhood. The backyard is fenced in with a huge concrete patio. Our children were able to play outback safely with plenty of space. The beds and bathrooms were perfect. We will absolutely stay here again.

Cute older home

We had a wonderful four night stay at this clean and cute house. Complimentary coffee made our morning! Everything was cozy and very clean. Host provided complimentary snacks, wine, coffee, laundry soaps, shampoos etc. Highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Indianapolis area. Worth EVERY penny and much cheaper than staying in a hotel.

Nice home. My only complaint was the pillows

My family and I stayed one night here for a concert at Ruoff Music Center, it was a very easy drive, 20 minutes to front gate. (also close to Top Golf (5 minute drive) Property was very clean and well maintained. Very easy check in process with complimentary snacks at arrival. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Overall very good. Only suggestion... the futon was very uncomfortable.

Spacious accommodations with gracious hospitality. Would have spent much more for much less to house that many of us at any comparable hotel. Much appreciated.

This place is absolutely beautiful and spacious. Everything was clean and very comfortable, my nephew loved the back yard and we loved that it was fenced in haha I can't say enough good things about this place, I would definitely stay again. Its in a nice location and only three minutes away from a shopping and restaurants too

This is a new listing so I was a bit worried about having no reviews yet .... but, I figured we would only be staying 1 night so I would risk it. We were not at all disappointed - the house was just as described and just what we needed for the night! We had a mixed-age group (teens, adults, older adults) so needed several separate spaces and more than 1 bathroom. We were on a road trip, so needed a good nights' sleep (good beds, quiet neighborhood). The house had all of these things - a very nice sized living/eating space, which also leads out to a very nice sized enclosed backyard with patio (it was too cold to use while we were there but it looked very nice!). The house is located right in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable - so a great nights' sleep was no problem. There was a train not very far away that came through once or twice overnight, but it wasn't alarmingly loud. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all well stocked if we had needed to cook - but instead we went to The Grill just a mile or two away for dinner, and it was a very nice meal with something for everyone! We would definitely stay again, and reco for anyone looking for comfort (versus being right in the heart of the city/walkable to sites and entertainment, etc).
