The house was perfect for us to unwind in following our time in San Francisco. It was clean and very well situated for the beach and downtown.

The place was clean, spacious, and met all of our needs. The bonus for us is that it was within walking distance to most everywhere we wanted to go.

Location is excellent for going on walks along West Cliff Drive or down to the wharf. Spacious garage for 2 cars, very versatile top floor rumpus room. Comfortable and clean, traffic noise is noticeable but it dies down during sleeping hours.

spacious, warm, easy to find, and located near downtown, the ocean, and the Boardwalk. you could literally just walk everywhere if you plan on spending most of your time in those areas. will definitely keep this place as a go to when suggesting people on places to stay in town.

The property and management staff were awesome! They were quick to respond to my questions and easy to get ahold of. The property was very spacious with a large loft on the 4th floor that allowed for some great game playing! The location is epic - close to the Boardwalk, Warf, and even Downtown. Everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance.

House accommodated our needs for our trip. It is in a great location but is very noisy from traffic when you open the windows. There are a lot of stairs to climb which was not a problem for us but could be hard on anyone not in shape.

Easy check in, great location and all the amenities in this condo. Definitely stay again. FYI Lots of stairs in this condo ... but good work out

Property was spacious and clean. A little worn, but adequate. It would have been nice if there were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella available. We bought some as there were no other options and donated to the house as we couldn’t take them home with us on an airplane. Overall good space for a family vacation.

Well stocked kitchen and bbq, comfortable beds with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Beautiful views and an short walk to the beach. Appreciated the use of your wagon! Kids loved the community pool and lawn.

My main qualm is the list of check out procedures. It's pretty standard these days for the check out to-dos to be minimal, but not here. Just be aware before you book -- dishes cleaned and put away, beds stripped and all linens piled up, all trash removed and taken out, etc. This hasn't been standard check out procedure in 10 years, so I was a bit surprised. Otherwise, a great spot for a weekend get away.

We had a great time! Very cute place! The master bathroom curtain kept falling down (scary at night). There was a garbage in the lower level of beer bottles/cigarettes when we arrived. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

When we checked in the property, an issue was detected but the Bailey Property Management moved very quickly to other property. We were very satisfied!

There were ants in the kitchen, we kept everything very clean The refrigerator was dirty The hot tub didn't work and the pool was cold A LOT of stairs! We had 2 people who had a lot of trouble walking up and down the stairs. I don't remember reading in the description that it wasn't handicap accessible so I'm rather disappointed at that. Aside from those few things, we had a good time. We cleaned the refrigerator.

Three friends and I stayed here to celebrate 40th birthdays. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place and a better location. We could walk everywhere and felt very safe in the property. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location! All the fun of the Boardwalk is within walking distance, and other attractions and activities are just a short drive. My family and I had a great time!

The house was lovely, clean, nice living spaces. The multiple levels great for getting separation from the kids playing upstairs... but were a bit tough for grandma's arthritic joints. Just something to note if anyone has trouble with stairs, this place would be tough to navigate (must ascend 2 full flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms). We would definitely rent again though- loved the proximity to the wharf and Boardwalk.

Interior is dated but was very clean for the most part (there were some clothes in the washer from previous guest). The beds are comfortable, and there are all the amenities one would need. It should be noted that there are several sets of stairs in the unit. Garage parking was a major plus!!
