Enjoyable stay. Side by side homes was perfect for two families. Homes were just as described. Our kids had a blast in the pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, and riding the bicycles provided by the property owner (nice plus!). Communication with the property management company was easy and quick. Definitely recommend these side by side rentals.

We stayed in the two homes over Thanksgiving 2021 - 8 adults, 1 kid. The houses are next door to each other so you get your privacy, but still feel together. The homes are tastefully decorated (super cute and contemporary), backyards are gorgeous, especially the pool, which was heated. The spa was a perfect remedy after days of golfing. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen well equipped, everything was clean and well stocked with towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Only thing missing was liquid hand soap in all the bathrooms (we ended up buying and leaving). Overall a wonderful stay. Would totally stay again and would definitely recommend.

The entire pool was shallow for the kids to play and the area is very quiet. We did not see or hear another person the entire time we were there. The separate house setup was perfect. I wish the backyards were connected. The place is far from the rancho mirage area where all the restaurants and shopping are but it is a great place if you just want to stay at the property and hang out.
