Family came in from all over the country for my nieces wedding. I found this wonderful VRBO never having use the site before I didn’t know quite what to expect. It was an amazing location for the wedding . So close to everything shopping restaurants groceries and parks. Our hosts were amazing and had one of the most beautiful pieces of property. We had the use of the whole backyard, which was in one word, spectacular, beautifully landscaped, and very peaceful and gave us the perfect place to relax in between all the wedding events. I cannot recommend this more highly … if I ever need to be back in that part of Utah, I would definitely stay there. All I can say is it was a great experience.

Overall the stay was great. There were some other comments about this property with a noisy upstairs. This was also true with our stay. Running around and moving chairs. It is not bothersome until after 11 PM. There was one night that it went until around 2 AM in the morning. Also, the basement where we stayed seemed musty and damp. Towels would not dry properly so I suggest placing them in the dryer before you head out for the day's activity to make sure that you have dry towels for the next time that you shower.

This is a very nice home with beautiful landscaping in a very nice neighborhood. Location was great and was super easy to find. Separate side entry and off-street parking made it all the better. We really enjoyed walking around and was greeted by friendly neighbors. We will definitely stay there if we ever need to go for an extended stay. Highly recommend!! A+++

Great place to stay in a wonderful location near the freeway/shopping. This place is beautifully decorated on the inside, the kitchen is great, and the backyard is a sight to behold. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and there was plenty of parking on the street (very safe neighborhood). Overall, just a great place.

Comfortable surroundings, great host, good location, nice accommodations. Only complaint, needed better toilet paper. ;-)

Rental was clean and as advertised. Very good experience!

We used this location for employees who were traveling from out of state to stay for a sales meeting we held. The house was easy to find, plenty of space for all 3. The features of this place were all top quality, from the kitchen and furniture, to the carpets and beds. Very impressed. They all said they would highly recommend using this location when they are back again.

We chose to stay in a house rental over a hotel due to having my elderly mother also stay w us during our visit. We wanted more of a home feel while we were there. This place was perfect and VERY clean and well kept. Pictures are exactly what you can expect except it's bigger than the photos make it appear. The home owners were available 24/7 and very friendly altho we didn't have any issues to need their assistance. We would definitely book this place again on our next visit!

This apartment has darling decorations and furnishings and the location is terrific. The thing to watch for is the cleanliness. Take a look around when you arrive and if the cleaning isn't complete, let them know and they will try to fix it. We ended up needing some adjustments, which we asked them to do while we were at dinner. Cleanliness issues continued to surprise us throughout our weekend and wore us down. Check the plates and bowls and beds and floors. Hopefully the same issues will not be there for you, though!

We had a lovely time! the property is close to Thanksgiving Point and right around the corner from a nice big park. We bumped into the owners a couple times and each time they made sure we were comfortable and asked if we needed anything. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent a couple of days at this rental for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy, communication with the hosts was excellent. Would stay here again.

Met our needs perfectly for a family trip the the Lehi area.

We loved our stay here. Basement was clean and upkept. Layout is great with of room for a family of 6. Owner was easy to contact and very friendly. He let our kids check for eggs which they loved! Trampoline and a beautiful yard to play in. The playhouse under the stairs kept our younger kids entertained while the teens and adults used the smart TV for a movie night. I would highly recommend this rental! Thank you for a great weekend.

Vehicle and check in/out was easy. Owners live upstairs so you’ll probably bump in to them a few times if you have any questions or concerns. The rental had a few things our kids though we’re really cool, the bunkbed and the what we referred to as their “apartment” which was the tiny desk and play area under the stairs meant for little kids, our daughter loved it. Tons of space and we’ll laid out with nice new plush carpet throughout. Access to the in ground trampoline was a plus as well. Nice park less than 10 minute walk away. Overall was a good choice for us. A few small issues might keep us from staying there again: Basement apartment, be sure a flight of stairs aren’t an issue, A/C was freezing with no local control, but a quick text to the manager solved it, my son was told that Pennywise the clown ate the younger sister of a relative of the manager when they were on the trampoline, I understand that could have happened anywhere, but unfortunately that little story cost us 1 1/2 nights of sleep. Footsteps carried loudly to the downstairs and there was a lot of running around until 11 or so, I felt I could have texted the manager who would have solved it, so not going to rate too harshly as I didn’t let them know in the moment. Price was reasonable and manager was very nice, would recommend for family and kids.

Very roomy and nicely appointed property. We especially enjoyed the outside garden gazebo to relax in. Large yard for grandsons to release their energy including trampoline and chickens. Mr. Corwin encouraged our 3 y.o GS to collect eggs for his breakfast and he was thrilled. This property is in a quiet private neighborhood that was perfectly located to attend a family wedding in Sandy. We stayed the week to visit with relatives and explore attractions: Aquarium, Butterfly biosphere, a hike at Donut Falls, the Murdock Canal and Jordan River trails on bikes. Had great take away meals from Tsunami restaurant and R& R BBQ just a few minutes drive.

The house was reasonably price and close to my son, so was convenient. A very cute place and filled out need for housing for myself and grown children.

The property is very clean & well laid out. The home decor is pleasing & the yard is beautiful. Conveniently located. Owners were very acccomodating to our specific needs, which we greatly appreciate. Very prompt at responding to requests & cordial in communication. Our group loved our stay. We would definitely consider booking in the future. Thank you!

The place was as advertised, beautiful and stocked well. This is I know , a new VRBO, the owner was out of town and not able to give us a code for entry, but luckily after about a 1/2 hour the spouse returned home. She was very kind and we got in. The rooms are beautiful and they were very sweet to all of us. Thanks for the stay..

This property was great! It was very clean and decorated so cute. My kids loved the little play house and the backyard. It was very spacious. The beds were nice and there was plenty of extra bedding. The owner was awesome, we had issues with the washing machine, but he fixed it quickly. My ONLY complaint is the temperature. The thermostat is NOT located in the basement and the apartment got warm, especially in the evenings. It made it hard to sleep. I would recommend this property!

We were heading to the area for a youth soccer tournament and had too big a group for a hotel. This was the perfect spot. The two ten year olds shared the bunk beds, the two 16 year olds shared the room with the twin trundle, and my wife and I had the queen. The Great room (living, kitchen, dining) was spacious and comfy. Would recommend for a group of 4-7. Prime location to Traverse mountain shopping and eating.

The property is identical to the pictures (I always get nervous when I book a property that the pictures will be old and not current). Wonderful location, easy to find and easy access to the apartment. The owners were extremely nice and the best I’ve come across when booking with VRBO. They are easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Like people have mentioned in other reviews, you can hear people walking around upstairs sometimes but you’re in a basement, I’ve yet to come across any basement that you won’t hear people on the floor above. It wasn’t overly loud and was completely fine and they were very considerate and always trying to be quiet. Definitely would stay here again.

Traveling with a newborn isn’t easy, but staying here was wonderful. Pack n play let us have peace of mind with him sleeping close by. Toddlers loved the bunk bed! The kitchen was awesome, let us have food on hand for the kids.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. My wife loved the carpet. In contrast to some other reviews, I found the property to be quiet and tranquil. We could occasionally hear people upstairs, but it was in no way bothersome. The property manager was friendly and we would surely stay here again.

Wonderful hosts who are very accommodating. Allowed us to have a party of 16, playing in their backyard and utilizing the trampoline and pizza cooker. They have a cute little hen house with chickens in the corner. Very quiet and beautifully decorated home.

The house was beautiful and the furniture and beds were comfortable. They had everything we needed. We will definitely rent again when we need a place to stay in Lehi.

You could hear every conversation, argument, music, chairs being pulled out, it sounded like a herd of elephants every single night, well past 11pm. The apartment is very clean and cozy, but with the owners being right upstairs the entire time and zero sound insulation, the trip was less than enjoyable. We wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

My 14 yo son and I travelled to the area for his high school orientation and stayed in this basement apartment. It was clean and bright with plenty of room to spread out. I was able to get some work done with access to the wifi. We did not cook at all so I cannot comment on the kitchen supplies. Beautiful bathroom, good hot water and water pressure.

Host was so pleasant and easy to get ahold of. Property was incredibly clean and carpet felt like walking on a cloud. Highly recommend.
