Beautiful home in a neighbor of lovely older homes. Home was very clean and organized for guests.

What a great little house! It is decorated beautifully, it's quaint, extremely clean, conveniently located and the hosts were top notch. Easy check in and check out, pretty well stocked kitchen, little snacks and water, and bathroom toiletries. I can't say enough for things about this place for the amazing price and will definitely be trying to book it again in the future.

This was our second time staying here for the Whiskey Epic Mountain bike weekend. Such an adorable place, comfortable, and so convenient to downtown and shopping! The heat worked quite well this year since the weather was super chilly and cold. My wife very much enjoyed the deep bathtub to warm her bones after the race in the rain and snow. We'll be making our reservations again soon for next year!

Our weekend get-away for our wedding anniversary. The home offered us and our 2 small dogs all the comforts and then some! Charming, and so well cared for from the inside to the outside. Home comes with everything you need to cook, if you want to, wash clothes if needed, which is awesome for a long stay. I will be sure to book this home again with zero hesitation. If you love Vintage and old world charm this home is a winner!

This was a charming Vrbo, a short walk from downtown Prescott. It was nicely decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. Would stay here again.

It was our second stay here. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown and a nice quiet neighborhood. The highlight of our stay was a real fireplace that created such a relaxing and fun atmosphere. Thanks to hosts for complementary new year holiday gifts!

What a wonderful renovation of a 100 year old home in the historical neighborhood of Prescott. A girls getaway for mom and I...she grew up in Prescott in the 1950's and knew the builder of these gems up Park Avenue. We had fun reminiscing of the good old days. The home is so vintage quaint, well appointed with antiques and has everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Exceptional location and a lovely street. We will certainly be back for another visit...Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great…clean comfortable and welcoming. Our hosts (Robert & Sara), made sure we had whatever we needed. Their attention to detail, not only in the way the property was furnished, but in clear instructions on how things worked was so appreciated. We highly recommend it.

The quaintness of this home and its furnishings were just what we needed for a nice get away weekend up north and proximity to the specific places we needed to be were suiting to our needs. The home literally transports you to another time; a time of simplicity and tranquility. We enjoyed the big picture window out front to which we observed a herd of mule deer early in the morning. The songs of the cicada amongst the trees were mesmerizing, and the neighborhood is enchanting. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend this home away from home!

I’ve never stayed in a historical home before and I have to say, I was absolutely pleased with this beautiful little gem. It was so clean and so adorable with all of the little touches everywhere. I really appreciated every aspect of this place. The location was phenomenal. The beds were comfortable. You would have no idea that dogs were even here. We were very comfortable here for the week that we stayed and appreciate all the beautiful little details that this place included.

We recently stayed at this rental property for a long weekend and the house was comfortable and clean. There were four adults in our group, and we found the accommodations to be spacious enough to accommodate all of us.
The property was conveniently situated within walking distance of downtown and a local Brewery. We appreciated being able to explore the surrounding neighborhood on foot too.
Our stay at this rental property was pleasant, and we would recommend it to others.

My stay here was easy to arrange and the hostess is super responsive. The home has a vintage vibe with a charming kitchen and lots of light gets through the big windows. Beds were comfy. My two small dogs loved the yard and spent lots of time chasing lizards and watching other dogs walk by. The neighborhood is very quiet and filled with well cared for yards so a simple walk was a joy. We walked to downtown everyday to enjoy music in the park and some of the shops. I can’t wait to go back.

The cottage was perfect! It was adorable, comfortable, well stocked, spotless and in a perfect location. Despite the chilly weather, we were able to walk to the downtown restaurants. We really appreciated all the small, but thoughtful touches (such as laundry soap, coffee, granola bars). Thank you for sharing this lovely cottage with us. We will definitely be back.

You'll feel at home as soon as you step through the door of this home. It has everything you need, and the owners are responsive and wonderful. This location is perfect for everything Prescott offers: downtown events, quiet relaxation, or enjoying nature. (It's even walking distance to the start of the Aspen Creek Trail!)

The house was spotless and looked just like the pictures. I loved all of the vintage looking appliances and all of them worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed making breakfast and dinner at the house, and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Very nice
This was the first time my husband and I used VRBO. I was a little nervous but everything turned out better than I had hoped. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. It seemed a little bit further to downtown than I expected but we would definitely stay there again.

Perfection!! Had a vintage feel, I smiled every time I cooked on their stove. I’m a light sleeper so the every hour then again 1/2 hour ring from the wall clock was a bit much, other than that the house, host and location was perfect.
