The house was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and proximity to the beach meant daily beach walks. The kitchen had everything we needed to have home cooked meals. We were a few forks and wine glasses short of perfection. We would recommend this place to friends, and we will return.

We really enjoyed Belmont Bungalow steps from the beach and mins from Seaworld.

PROS:1. Beautiful location/view stunning sunsets w/o anyone in front of you! 2. Lovely layout w/ comfy beds and NICE recliners 3. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, kids toys and umbrella 4. Close to so many things walking distance. This deck offers you quite a bit of privacy from neighbors! CONS: We live on acreage in Northern CA so very quiet. The NOISE was the toughest part. The condo is in flight path, so airplanes started around 615am , scattered throughout day and they continued until 1115pm some nights. Top floor where master/living room is hears it the most. Then 2x we had LOUD dumpstes and street sweepers at 7am...It got to be comical because people WERE NOT the problem...If you don't mind early morning and late night wakeups you are fine! This truly was the only drawback for us.:)

My husband and I along with our 2 yr old and 7 month old boys enjoyed our stay last week. We couldn't of asked for a better location - steps from the ocean, and a nice park separating us from shops, restaurants and activities. Across the main road is a short walk to the bay and playground. We rarely had to drive anywhere. We were worried about the construction warning at the time of booking but it wasn't an issue at all. The place itself was clean and stocked with everything we needed. A cooler would have been nice to have to bring to the beach but we managed. My in-laws stayed at the "Belmont patio" which was close enough to have conversations on the patios. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The location was nice and clean. However, nothing worked. The Internet didn’t work. The dish washer was broken. Multiple outlets didn’t work and there were electrical issues. We tried to get someone to help us but the communication took a very long time and ultimately they were not able to fix anything.

This condo is in a busy area with plenty to do. Parking is a bit of a hassle. The garage is too small for large vehicles and you have to compete with people living in their cars for parking anywhere else. The condo is clean and the management is good at communicating with you. The house is in need of some maintenance such as the front door that is loose, cracked windows in shower and just needs so touch up painting.

The property was closer to the beach than we thought! Great location and lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The interior of the property was very nice, clean and spacious. Couple of things I’d suggest: Power wash or sweep stairs and porches often and make sure ALL outdoor lights are working. It was a bit scary walking up and down the stairs at night. We had to use our cellphone flashlight. Other than that, rental was nice and would stay again.

Location, location, location and amenities! What can I say it's a clean place, newly remodeled sometime this decade and it was a pleasant place for a long stay. The beach is literally out the door so you don't have to think twice about hopping back and forth for lunch, or more beach equipment while you enjoy your day at the beach. Although it's not guaranteed to be there, the hosts do include some beach toys, body boards, beach umbrellas and chairs in the garage for use and it's a great convenience! You can just drop by with your family/ friends and not have to lug along your own beach stuff all the way from your home! The primary value here is if you spend a lot of time at the beach, for other things, the drive downtown/ to other places in San Diego can get tedious if you have to run out repeatedly. Also when compared to the hotels/ resorts in the area, remember that this is on the actual ocean facing beach, not some bay/ back water so the waves and the water are the real deal and a lot more fun! Real parking in the garage is a god send in this area, it's next to impossible to find public parking elsewhere. Although actually parking two full size cars (sedans /suvs) in there might be one helluva feat! As a subtle bonus, because of its location, right next to Belmont park, there's always cop cars in the area and it “feels” more secure.

This property was perfect for our family's Mission Beach vacation. It is about 1/2 block from the Mission Beach sand and a very short walk from Belmont Park. The property appears to have been recently remodeled, is comfortable and spacious, and has a great deck with a beautiful view of Mission Beach. We could not have been more pleased!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week and we enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Mission Beach and Belmont Park. The house was very clean and well stocked. If you’re looking for a quiet get-away, this is not it. Being right across from the park and parking lot, there is activity all day and you can hear the planes and public all day. The neighborhood can be sketchy as we had people going through the alley garbage cans daily. The main downside happened to be the incredibly slow WiFi. Overall we had a great time and appreciated the quick responses from the rental company when needed.

This home was clean and extremely close to the beach. I loved my views from the deck with my morning coffee and afternoon wine! We took both of our kids 18 & 19 and it was nice that they had their own section of the condo. Plus I love that I could open the windows and feel safe and secure. The home had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and so much more. With entertainment just steps away, we were on the boardwalk every day. Plus there is a scooter station right at the corner if you need to travel farther. Such a great time. We will be back in Ocotober for sure!!

Property was amazing clean

This was a much needed getaway for my family and I. It was awesome to be steps from the beach and Belmont Park boardwalk. Loved all of the amenities the house including the beach essentials in the garage and bbq overlooking the beach!

this rental was great for our group, incredible location & proximity to everything we were looking for. Tidy place; everything felt relatively new and renovated. 710 made for a super easy host to deal with sending text notifications and helping the contactless check-in experience work wonderfully. Look forward to our next trip hopefully more in the heat of beach season to really take full advantage of a cool beach/park property like this one

This was a very cozy and accommodating stay. The house has everything you need. Every close to everything. Everything was amazing.
