We really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple small things, but the communication was fantastic on addressing them. The location was fantastic as well as all the amenities that the house had to offer. Will definitely be planning another trip to the Mission Beach area and would hope that this house would be available for our next stay!

I can't say enough good things about this home!  It is the perfect home for a multi-family vacation with 4 BEDROOMS and so much outdoor space to take in the San Diego beauty at any time of day. It was a great place to bond with family but to also connect and bond to this special place in San Diego and root my son to his Dad's home town.  I feel so lucky to have found this home for our family vacation and hope to book it every year that we come back to visit! Here are my Favorite things about this rental. . 1 - IT'S A WHOLE HOME RENTAL:  It is so rare to find a single family rental in Mission Beach.  THIS IS AN ENTIRE HOME that you rent with no other tenants or rentals attached to it! We didn't have to worry about hearing other families or sharing outdoor spaces, it was all ours! 4 - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - You are 15 seconds to the Bay Beach, a 2 min walk to the Catamaran and 2 min bike ride to the aquatic rental place, a Community Rec Center and Playground.  And then there is the beach side!  A 2 min walk at the max to the Beach!  And safe enough to even take Evening cruises to the beach for those moonlit nighs! 2 - ONE OF THE NICEST LOOKING HOMES TOO: I walked around the Beach and Bayside to see if there were any other rentals we'd be interested in renting next year for our annual San Diego visit and honestly, this was one of the best looking ones from the outside, well maintained, great location and so much outdoor space.  So much so that I even took a picture of it and told my cousin, ooh this one looks good for next year and he tells me, This is the one you rented. Lol! 3- GARAGE: The covered Garage and 2 CAR PARKING was so awesome!  Another RARE FIND in this area. We fit a Full Size SUV and a Compact car in it.  5 - ROOFTOP LOUNGE was my favorite place in this house.  You get a peek a boo ocean view, an AMAZING SUNSET view/time.  Even if you can't see it dip in the ocean, the color show in the sky was goregous to sit and watch the clouds go by!  We were there over the full moons and to sit on the decks and watch the Moon rise up and over the bay was so magical! 6 - 3RD FLOOR DECK was also awesome with a big table to have dinner and the sliding screen doors that open up to it was perfect for inside and outside living.  We barely left the house because we felt like we were enjoying the outdoors just by utilizing the deck spaces! 

This home had it all. Great location and fully equipped with everything we needed. Enough bedrooms for my daughters and son in laws, grandkids and myself. Loved the balconies! Surprised by all the amenities not listed on the site.

This was our first time to Mission Beach and will not be our last. What an awesome area! This house had everything we needed and more. Would recommend anyone to rent this property!

This place was gorgeous. You cannot beat the location and the views 🤩. The inside was so nice too. Very well done house and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

What a great location with fantastic views. A very easy walk to the beach and an even quicker walk to the bay. This house has plenty of gathering room for a large family.

Situation of the property is superb. Unfortunately, the roof area as depicted in the main picture advertising the property is completely useless. There is no shade for daytime use and despite pointing this out before our arrival, nothing was done about it. At early evening a damp mist descended over the area (either from the Pacific or from the bay). At that point we realised why so many spare blankets were available in the property.....the roof area was damp and cold. As written earlier, an important feature of the property was virtually unusable. Also, attempts to email Vacasa using the address posted on the fridge went unanswered. Disappointing.

Loved the property, well maintained and very clean. Awesome location near all the fun restaurants and steps from the beach!

We loved the house, the way it was spread to different levels allowing privacy for folks. The views were incredible and easy access to many dining places with lots of options. Located right between the Bay and the Ocean - hard to beat.

Property was nicely located close to the ocean and bay. House was well stocked/equipped with beach towels,chairs,kitchen equipment. It was comfortable. We had a great time. We would stay again

Family loved the accomodations! Everything was clean and in order, just as described. The garage was a plus as we had a couple of cars. Property manager was responsive to my text inquiries. Highly recommend!

Great location of property and was well maintained. Appreciated the beach chairs and paddle boards supplied by the property. One of bathroom sinks was backed up but property was responsive in wanting to fix ASAP. Roof top deck was amazing!

Loved being able to walk everywhere. Great walking path on both the bay side and ocean side. Only advice is that we needed paper towels, there was only 1 roll and we couldn't find extra around the house. And the entrances to each bedroom where the hardwood floors ended and then it was carpet, we kept stepping on staples and that hurt our feet a lot. Happened in the end room with the bunkbeds and master room bathroom.

Enjoyed every minute and square inch of the house. Great area, easy to walk places.

What a great beach house! It was equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen and the house was just perfect. Located close to the beach and the bay both and within walking distance of the grocery store and shops. The rooftop deck was amazing..the bedrooms clean and spacious, great memories made.. we will be back for sure!

Cannot say enough about the beauty of this home! The location is perfect. 10 seconds to the bay and 1 minute to the ocean. The house was clean and beautifully built and decorated. A having a garage space for our car was a major big deal. 710 Beach Rentals is amazing to work with. Reliable and very responsive to messages. We had a battery die for the keypad garage opener and they fixed it within 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Perfect place for our family of 7. Very comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked. The location which is closer to the bay but an easy walk to the ocean was perfect with our little ones. Our boys thought the rooftop deck was extra special.

My friends and I stayed 3 nights at TANGIERS824 home. Great location walking distance anywhere. The home was very clean when we arrived. We all enjoyed our stay there. I would stay there again in the future.

Great time had by all!

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and the proximity to the bay was perfect. The beach amenities were outstanding (so many great paddle boards and beach chairs and towels), which made the trip even more special. The house is comfortable and clean. Really wish the double bed downstairs was a queen so 2 adults could sleep more comfortably there. And wish the kitchen was equipped with baking dishes, more platters, and water pitchers (I had to buy these items). But those are small quibbles for an otherwise tremendous house and trip. We will definitely book this house again.

This place was great. Well stocked kitchen, great linens, everything very clean. Great location. The roof top deck was a highlight. We would definitely stay again.

We could not have been happier with this property! The rooftop deck has amazing views of the bay, we could even see the sunset over the houses to the ocean, and fireworks at Seaworld! 710 rentals did a great job, the property was very clean and they were super responsive with any questions or needs that we had. There are a lot of stairs, bring a baby gate if needed. There were plenty of beach toys, stand up paddle board and chairs, and the two car garage is cut open in the back so it fit our Tahoe and we could close the garage with no problem!
