We had a great time in this home. Perfect for large families but if you have very little kids I’d suggest possibly a different home. There was no gate or door to the downstairs so the little kids constantly wanted to go downstairs so we had to use things to block the stairs. This is just an FYI is you have any kids under 3. We did have a few hiccups with the home which the homeowner did try and fix for us. There was an issue with the beds being not cleaned and also lack of place to put our garbage. The WIFI was spotty. Bring your own grill because the grill provided was useless.

We stayed here during spring break. The location was great - close to town but tucked away far enough to avoid crowds with nearby restaurants off the beaten path. Our two girls (9 & 11) loved the pool, hot tub, and game room. The beds were comfortable and showers worked great. Wifi worked well too! Owner was highly responsive. Check in and out was a breeze.

Our group of 4 adults and 5 children really enjoyed this property for our Spring Break trip. Communication with Chris was great, he was prompt with replies and very accommodating (worked with us to allow early check in). The property was easy to find, has a paved parking area, key pad was easy to use and I appreciated that the pool door had a different code on it giving us peace of mind that the kids could not access it without a parent. Upon arrival to the property everything was just as expected, we had plenty of towels (even provided pool and hot tub towels), we had plenty of seating at the dining room table and bar stools, bathrooms and bedrooms were laid out well and comfortable. The Kitchen had a nice layout for a group, plenty of cups, plates, and cutlery. We appreciated the separate thermostats for different zones of the home, this kept us all quite comfortable. The only thing to note is the basement bedroom that has bunk beds also is nearby the pool filter which was audible from that room and the two 10 year old boys in our group took a night to get used to that, otherwise they were happy to have their own space. Thank you for sharing the property with us!! If we return to the area we would definitely book again!

Property is easy to find if you use the church address. Plenty of parking. Loved sitty on the balcony in the morning rocking with my cup of tea so peaceful. Pool and hot tub was nice. I would recommend and would stay again.

The house is pretty. The rooms were spacious, and the living room and dining room were super cozy. Communication with the owner was excellent. Definitely will recommend.

This is a good time of the year to visit this area. Indoor pool was great for young children. Layout of bedrooms was fine- 4 king bedrooms, one bunk room for kids was perfect.. Walls are thin, as guessing in all cabins. Nice new home. Parking area was great! Owner was great with communication.

Everything was great. Chris helped us out a lot especially when we got lost and our GPS sent us else where . He answered the phone even though it was late. House was very clean, people came out to fix things. Could’ve been more barrage bags and dish soap but that was the least of our worries. Will for sure book again in the future .

This was the best family trip we have ever been on! There is enough space that everyone has their own room/bathroom & privacy but still have everyone under the same roof. It was fabulously clean! The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the adults loved the hot tub just as much. Everything about it was perfect. So close to downtown Gatlinburg & Dollywood and is pretty much on the craft loop. Incredibly convenient to everything! The only two complaints were the keypad lock to get in to the pool was tricky to figure out & the kitchen could use a bit more stocking with cookware. Will definitely be staying here again if we ever take another family trip to the Smokies!

We loved our time at the cabin and Gatlinburg! It was a last minute getaway with our adult kids and granddaughter. The cabin was awesome , and the location was perfect! The very short drive to downtown Gatlinburg was a plus! Chris was great! Our granddaughter wanted to swim! :-) The first day the indoor pool was FREEZING! When it didn’t get better overnight, I contacted Chris who sent people out. It was fixed and was perfect! We will definitely stay here (or one of these cabins) again!!

We had a seamless, lovely stay for our work trip to Gatlinburg! Our coaching staff and families enjoyed this cabin thoroughly and its set up and amenities were just what we needed! Several king beds for the different families, fun games and activities for the kids (and adults), and easy access to our event venue made this location the perfect place to stay! The host was very friendly and communicated in a timely manner. If we attend this event in the future, we will most definitely be staying at this property!

This house was absolutely amazing. Everything was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. The surrounding area was nice and quite. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful time! Great communication with host, who made sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, tons of space, a pool for the kids, and a hot tub for the adults!

It was a very nice place in a great location! The view was mostly trees but we had a mountain view on one side of the cabin. We had a few issues at check in due to a storm that tripped the main level breaker but was quickly resolved after speaking to agent and finding the panel box. Apon arrival we did a walk through and found a broken chair and we immediately notified the agent which was not aware of the damage. The previous renters or someone tried to glue and tape it back together, had we not noticed the damage someone would had been hurt when they sat in the chair because the entire arm fell off when we moved it. We also had issues with a clogged toilet and there was no plunger on site so we had one toilet that was out of order. The outdoor couch was placed right under the hot tub and it stayed wet the entire time, we almost took it upon our self to rearrange the furniture but it wasn’t our place so we left it like it was. Last thing! The front porch peak had not one but 2 small bee hives which didn’t bother us because we didn’t bother them but it could have been bad if someone disturbed them. Other than the few small issues my family had a great time and would love to stay again.

The house was very beautiful & clean and had everything u needed. The host Chris was very responsive to our needs and was very good at communicating with u..we loved the location because your close to everything but still kind of hidden for privacy..the only thing I could say bad on something is the pool could have been warmer because it was freezing but overrall excellent choice & will definitely be renting again!! Thanks allowing us to enjoy your house

Location was great! Convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, yet was in a quiet non-high traffic location. Area was scenic and property was a perfect fit for our family. Extremely comfortable. We all had a great time!

Easy drive to Smokies and Gatlinburg as well as Pigeon Forge. The pool and hot tub were a hit. Kitchen could have used better knives and pans, but plenty of dishes. We enjoyed our stay and communication with Chris was prompt. He was responsive and accommodating. The home is five bedrooms, a trundle in common area on second floor, and pull-out in living room. I would recommend the property and stay again.

The property was perfect for our needs. We highly recommend this property. There were fifteen of us from ages 15 months to fifty-seven years. We were all comfortable and have no complaints. The only issue we found were doors not latching. Both indoor and outdoor doors did not want to latch. I think the house has settled just enough that the doors need adjusted. You are aware of the dishwasher issue. That did not bother us. There were enough of us to take turns and we ate out a lot. Thank you for letting us enjoy your prperty. Michele Hardy

Great property rental! My family and I enjoyed a lot of downtime at the cabin. Only 25 minutes from Dollywood. Chris was very accommodating for our reservations

Bravo to Chris and this House! This gem was great for our adventure to Gatlinburg, TN. The amenities in and around the house were top notch. Just a short drive to Downtown attractions, such as Ripley's Aquarium and Anakeesta. Perfect location for the arts and crafts lover in your family. Chris was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to text and emails. I hope that we will be able to return soon! R. Borgerding

Amazing, clean cabin with lots for the family to do! We loved the indoor pool, hot tub, and game room - kept our family busy during the rain/snow we had during our visit. Cabin is spacious and well equipped. We will be back again soon!
