Nasty they a scam not what the pictures shows. The place that’s on the website for y’all they canceled people reservations and tell the place not ready. Put in roach place

I liked the location.

Well, I got a call on the way there to see if I wanted to upgrade. It wasn't going to cost extra and it was still close to the beach. So, I said sure. However, she told me it was newer and nicer than the original, Cottage Up, that I had booked. Well, it was neither of those things. I found a crack pipe iny DAUGHTER'S bathroom! I have pictures of it! There were cockroaches, EVERYWHERE. The place was NOT clean before we got there. There were things from the people who stayed last, left behind. Including food I'm the fridge and freezer. There were minimal things in the kitchen to use. The beds were SO uncomfortable that I slept on the couch the whole time. I will NEVER book with them again. We stayed at the beach as long as possible every day so we would have to be there just to sleep. It would've been nice to have family over while we were there but the place we were in was embarrassing to show other people.

I did not like anything

that says they are double house They don't put toilet paper, or garbage bags, that is, they don't put anything the location is lousy it took me almost 10 minutes to find it another thing I had to go out one night before my contract ¿because my family got hives on the body i also had a lot of cockroaches

The property was a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The house was not properly cleaned. the cleaning crew arrived at 4 and only cleaned the bathrooms and did a quick sweep. Inside some of the cabinets were very dirty. The mattress covers and pillows were disgusting to look at because of the stains. There were also cockroaches and other bugs.

nothing we couldn’t stay here at all.

it was very dirty, no tissue the beds was very nasty the furniture was dirty not one tv worked. I wouldn’t let a rat stay here it wasn’t suitable for a pet.

I didn’t like a lot the cleanliness was terrible it took forever to get someone to ANWSER the phone to help me get into the cottage customer service did not help me in reference to my filthy cottage roaches broken hot tub
