Ottima la posizione, la struttura è nuova, dotata di ascensore. Camere pulite e accoglienti.
L'acqua non c'è, funziona solo a momenti! Personale inesistente persino tramite messaggi e rispondevano dopo svariate ore, anche per delle emergenze. La cucina non era pulita, la spazzatura la gettavano solo quando era stracolma, la biancheria la lasciano asciugare nel sottoscala e puzza di umido. Abbiamo trovato 2 scarafaggi in una camera dei nostri amici. La prima notte alle 4 è scattato l'allarme antincendio all'ingresso e siamo rimasti senza corrente per circa 1 ora, sicuramente l'impianto ha qualche problema. In alcuni momenti della giornata le camere puzzavano di fogna.

Nos encantó la localización, la calma y la facilidad para entrar y estar allí. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, el edificio tranquilo.
Nos tocó una habitación en la planta baja con salida a un patio interior muy pequeño lleno de aires acondicionados que generaban mucho calor y ruido. Quizás en otras plantas esto era mejor y se podía disfrutar del balcón :)

Pokoj pro dvě osoby s vlastní koupelnou, WC, lednice na pokoji, pohodlná velká postel, malý balkón se stolkem a dvěma židlemi. K dispozici pěkná vybavená kuchyň, já si tam jen připravoval kávu, ale určitě by se tam dal uvařit i oběd. Ten balkón je dostatečně velký pro dva lidi, ale výhled máš do dvora na protější zeď, vzdálenou cca 3 metry. Výhledy na moře nečekej. Výhoda: klid, žádný hluk z ulice. WiFi vpořádku. S ubytováním jsem byl velmi spokojený.

La camera era molto spaziosa. Mi è piaciuta anche la possibilità di entrare tardi grazie al codice all’entrata.
Nei tre giorni che ho pernottato qua non ho visto nessuno che lavora lì. Tuttavia rispondono abbastanza velocemente ai messaggi.
Cioè che meno di tutto mi è piaciuto sono stati i problemi con l’acqua: tanto tempo per diventare calda, poca pressione, una sera aveva anche smesso di uscire

Camera bună, comunicare clara, amplasare bună, strada liniștită. Camera dotata cu totul necesar, patul confortabil, spațiu comun curat, cu posibilitatea de a bea un ceai, de a-ți lasă bagajele după check out.
Mirosul de mucegai în camera și la prosoape. Dusul din care curgea apa.

Die Unterkunft war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und erfüllte alle beschriebenen Kriterien. Die Kommunikation mit dem Management war außerordentlich gut. Der Check-In war unabhängig von der Ankunftszeit (wir kamen nachts an) über Zugangs-Code perfekt organisiert. Die Busanbindung nach Valletta ist in unmittelbarer Nähe auf der Straße "Rudolfo". Zum zentralen Busbahnhof und dem Fährableger nach Valletta an der Uferpromenade ist es ca. 1 km zu Fuß.

Very comfortable room. Lovely bathroom. Clean. Great bed. Big flatscreen tv was a bonus! Great location. Clear instructions from owner. Nice reception. Local tips on blackboard was a nice touch.
Noise from other guests around 11:30pm. Shouting outside my room while I was trying to sleep.

Good location, calm district, clean room and cozy and tidy common areas. The bed is wide and comfortable. We found wine and a bottle of water in the room. Thank you very much for such a pleasant surprise on arrival!

Very clean. Easy access and good description on how to get there and get inside. Water heater, fridge, hairdryer were there. Nice little table to sit and have breakfast. Our room was perfectly cleaned during the day. Quiet street. Some small convenience stores nearby
Parking a little difficult. Only had a bed sheet and no blanket. Shower a little moldy and due to the shower curtain bathroom was flooded every time

La posizione era super strategica, una zona centrale è vicina a tutti ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa
La pulizia. La camera era pulita decentemente ma le lenzuola, le federe e le asciugamani erano inutilizzabili davvero. Il giorno dopo l’arrivo ho segnalato ai proprietari che le federe erano piene di peli, loro si sono scusati e hanno detto che avrebbero informato l’housekeeper, ci aspettavamo quindi che le avrebbero cambiate perlomeno, invece hanno cambiato le asciugamani ma le federe e le lenzuola non le hanno minimamente toccate.

Clean, modern, nicely decorated/themed room with Maltese balcony and nice, firm bed. Located in quiet residential neighborhood (one way street with traditional Maltese houses), not far from the promenade (10min walk down the hill). Good facilities in shared kitchen. Good communication with owners via app.
The bed was firm and good but a bit short for a 193cm-tall person.
Hot water pressure was quite low on few occasions/evenings.

There weren’t electricity and water for 15 hours first time and then it happened two more times. In the room was too hot to sleep and we couldn’t take a shower or flush the toilet. When asked where we can shower, the host suggested the sea…

Very near public transport stops, very near 24 hour open places to eat and shop, very clean room and premises, modern facilities, nicely decorated room, very polite.and at the same time discrete hosts, nice neighbourhood very near the sea, where you can also take a swim. Key spot (between Valetta and St. Julian - short distance from both with convenient day and night after hour transport) Also, affordable room price. Excellent!

There was no breakfast, but there was a kitchen corner with coffee and tea available and on level -1, an additional kitchen for use. The premises are located great, everywhere is close and Tonna Street itself is quiet and charming. Room large, balcony with table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious (only the shower tray could be deeper, from that, even with short shower water drips on the floor). Convenient check-in and check-out, great sense of independence (I'm not sure if it would be too much for solo travelers though

Small details, the first day, there was no cutlery in the kitchen corner; it turned out that they were downstairs in the kitchen. Decorative lamps on the balcony hung slightly too low, and I was hitting them with my head. The email contact with Ola was so great; it was a little bit of a pity that there was no chance to meet her and Matt and Yoda in person.

Excellent value for money! Reasonably spacious rooms, great facilities and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a tranquil street guarantee a good night's sleep. The hosts were fabulous, sending proper timely check-in and check-out instructions and providing feedback at every step. Definitely recommend it for a non-expensive stay in Malta.

It's 11 out of ten! Clean, cozy, has all the things needed for prolonged stay. Wi-fi works perfect (I used it for work). Location is in the strategically good point. My room didn't have a balcony, so it was very quiet. Guesthouse is decorated with a good taste. Overall it was pleasant to stay.
Electricity went off one night, but it was resolved soon and owners tried there best to make it more comfortable ( coffee, water, croissants, fact that they cared)

I'm very impressed with owner's professionalism! Matt handles this business perfectly and is able to solve every kind of unexpected situations.
The apartment and the entire building is super clean and fresh.
Situated in quiet neighborhood but at the same time the location is very convenient for sightseeing as there are plenty of bus stops around.
There are a lot of convenience shops and pharmacies nearby. Even Sliema - Valletta ferry is in walking distance.
