Breakfast is good and the kitchen staff friendly and accommodating

Our reservation is deluxe suit which according to the staff is celebrity suite and we have been given family suite with queen bed and single bed. Even though I showed the email from Isla Amara giving me an option in de luxe suite to have a 3 single bed which I replied yes. The staff seemed to ignore my email so we stayed in family suite, been transferred twice because the room that they gave us was so difficult to open and close, we are senior citizen so opening and closing that door would be difficult, then we were transferred to a room which wifi connection cannot reach the room so we were transferred again on the room with door problem. I did requested for a folding bed and for the whole time that we stayed in Isla Amara, I have to slept in an uncomfortable folding bed and the staff reason is because Booking.com booking is family bed. I am still on holiday and I will contact Booking.com regarding this matter.

I stayed with my partner for 6 nights. The reception is instagrammable if that’s what you’re looking for. The pool area is nice. The room and toilet are spacious enough but there’s not even a small vanity table with a chair. The location is okay if you’re driving a motorbike or a car, otherwise is a bit far from El Nido town, where most of the restaurants are. If you rely on a tuk-tuk will be at least 300 pesos one way. The breakfast is acceptable but could be A LOT better, not even a simple pandesal was there… Overall we were disappointed. Was expecting more for the name and price of the hotel.

Location is very close to the beach and there are different restaurants nearby.

The bed side lamps were not easily accessible to turn on. No safety box in room

No room phone which made it inconvenient.AC did not work well. There bed bugs that bit me all over. We had to pay a deposit for extra room key. No free shuttle to the airport even though it was only 3 minutes away.

We loved our stay in Isla Amara, the area was so nice and really peaceful but still fun

I think their bathroom tiles could be a little cleaner but nothing major

Location of the hotel on lio beach and close proximity to the airport were good. There was no disturbance by planes, they are propellor planes and are not that frequent, so noise was not an issue. Plenty of restaurants and bars on the beach.

Servicing of the rooms was not the best. Dirty coffee cups, weren’t cleaned, no soap refills, despite leaving it out of the dispenser. Bare minimum in the housekeeping dept. Breakfast, no alot of choice for western people plus no variation.

The stafss are nice & friendly. Beautilful place & landscaping. Wish i stay more.

The location is far but i think i just didn’t know well the place.

Friendly welcoming staff!! Clean and conveniently located to local spots and the beach, but far enough from the crowd.

No gym, would have been better.
