Everyone is polite.

The bedsheet and blanket doesn't smell good. No one called to clean our room (Hi housekeeping! haha). The receptionist also told me that they don't have a restaurant at the moment. I thought they have one. Checking in took an hour, checking out was faster but no one informed me that they are done checking the room and I that can go. :(

Staff were accommodating.

First room had cockroaches. They upgraded us to a better room but the first one was still an unpleasant experience.

I booked for an Executive King Room however, the bed is just queen size. Also, our check in time is supposed to be 2:00pm. we arrived around 1:50 however we waited 1 hr for check in.

Liked the bed and location. Estancia and Kapitolyo are within walking distances. Great if you're staying in the city and have other things to do - it's a decent stay. Staff is friendly and courteous, observed all health protocols.

CR could've been better, we had a dirty floor mat. Amenities were closed during our stay, so no opinion about it.

room is not working, pool is not open and is tag as open on the website, hot shower was working at first but the next day it was no longer working, information should be indicated on the page of information
