Great location and quiet neighborhood.

It is difficult to know the size of a place through pictures on the internet and I was blown away. The large kitchen and BBQ really made the cookers of the family happy and when their happy, were happy!

That is unfortunate that the entire cleaning fee was not refunded because the house was a filthy mess with cobwebs everywhere, dirty carpet, filthy grungy walls, worn out dingy furniture etc... I rented this house for a wedding party and I spent the bulk of my wedding weekend apologizing for the state of this house. Not only was this house not clean but many listed amenities didn't work, as an example the home theater system had a bad projector bulb, light bulbs out throughout the house, sinks were plugged and not draining, video games broken and not working, kitchen wares not functioning or missing parts and absent of garbage disposal in kitchen etc... Your local reps didn't show up until the next day as we were all trying to get dressed for our wedding. I might add that they didn't solve the issue they were called for. On top of that the beds in the bunk room had the worst mattresses I have ever experienced. The view from the deck was the only positive thing about this potentially beautiful house that has been neglected beyond belief.

I booked the property 7 months out for a 4 friend golf trip. I asked via email twice (3 and 2 months out) if the golden tee game would be available. No reply except an automated response that they would answer my email as soon as they could. They never did. When we arrived we were stoked about the location on the river and the size of the place. Other than that here is what we found: -Asteroid video game broken -Golden tee game broken(no monitor even) -Pool table had no pool sticks -entire house had spiders and cobwebs throughout the inside and outside. Excessively. The cleaners clearly dont clean up cobwebs and active spider nests. -bed frame was broken. We had to move the bed off the frame to sleep. -broken window crank. Couldnt ventilate upstairs properly. -awning on the deck was ripped and flipped up in the wind. Couldnt use it for fear of it coming down on us. -the tv wasnt a smart tv so we could not properly set up to watch football on prime. We had to use out laptop and run a cable through and use the tv as a repeater monitor. -water damage -general poor upkeep of lights/fans/etc. House just needs some tlc. So quite a few items. We were upset because we rented the place wanting these amenities. We had other options but chose this more expensive place over the others for the amenities and they didnt work. All that being said, THE WORST PART was dealing with vacasa. You text them and get canned responses. I will never use Vacasa again.

We spent a lot of time on the back patio, the views were amazing and lots of wildlife viewing.

Property is accurately described and depicted with images in the listing. We had a great time. What a beautiful house!

House is semi dated and housekeeping not 100%. Audio video not working as described and things lacking batteries. Ceiling fan in master not working as well as bed worn out. Ad shows video games but neither worked as well as main remote upstairs. River location was awesome though.

Great layout and location for a weekend away with friends

Place was awesome. Hot tub pretty dirty. Other then that AMAZING

Location is amazing. The place overlooks the river and there are three balconies that you can relax on and listen to the river. Good spot to swim in too. Lots of amenities did not work. If it wasn’t for the location we would have given it lower stars. Pretty easy things they can fix to improve the place though.

Fantastic home base for our extended family. The three levels gave everyone the space they needed: my husband and me upstairs in the master suite with a view of the river and a luxurious bath area with separate shower and jetted tub; our daughter and son in law also upstairs with their own bathroom; my vision impaired mom on the main floor so no stairs to negotiate; son and DIL on the lower floor with plenty of room for them and their 9 month old baby. The huge kitchen with 6 burner gas stove and big island made meal prep fun and easy for the chefs in the house. The amazing view from every part of the main floor let us enjoy the outdoors without going out for the littlest and oldest. The adventurers in the family were thrilled with all Bend has to offer. Would definitely come back!

The house is excellent. Very spacious with plenty to do in the home. Upon arrival, we quickly discovered the lack of hand soap in the bathrooms ( later found small bars of soap tucked away in bath towels) and a tiny dish soap container that was supposed to last 9 people and 4 days. When we called to get issues resolved we were put on hold and then disconnected. after several attempts, finally got thru only to be put on hold. They did resolve the issue after much time & effort. Open shelving for plates covered in dust. The window on the top floor was covered in dust and cobwebs. Bathroom sinks don't drain well. The bed's on the second and 3rd floors were a 7 out of 10 for comfort, and the carpet gives a not-so-clean feel. The bunks in the bedroom of the lower level are a 0 out of 10. I would even want my small children sleeping on them. didn't use BBQ due to a gas smell indicating a leak. I would most definitely stay there again if the issues were resolved and it was managed by the homeowner or someone who at least lived in the area. I would compare dealing with the management company to calling Samsung customer service.

Beyond impressed with this home which worked perfect for our family of 7. Each night consisted of playing pool, video games or watching movies after sharing in the prep, cooking and eating together in a kitchen meant for a family to share in the activities. The view and sound of the river below while sitting in the hot tub was also a huge plus. Highly recommend this property to others and would love to rent it again in the future for our large group.

Beautiful and spacious property with every amenity you could want. The movie theater was our favorite part and at one point all 6 of us had fallen asleep in the recliners :)

A great place for friends and family together. Lots of room with plenty of bathrooms. Certainly a must. It was great having an extra fridge in the garage. Tperiod the wildlife and bird watching were most excellent. The Jacuzzi is a wonderful addition, well addition, you just need to heat it up a couple of hours before you need it. The fire pit on the top deck did not work even with a full tank of propane.. We had to duct tape the hose leading from the house to the barbecue there was a crack with a gas leak. The cleanliness overall was great however, There was a lot of old grease caked on the glass tile back splash above the stove. The The hood above the stove was non functional neither the light nor the fan. The VRBO pictures are a little deceptive in that there was only one bicycle in the garage a small child size. The bedroom depicted off the living space showing the kitchen in the background is really only an oversized office but makes a great room for people to put their Coats and bags. We would definitely rent this house again.

Check in process was easy. House met every expectation.
