The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff members were uniformly helpful. Example: They had quarters at the desk to trade for dollar bills for the washing machine/dryers. They made sure we had a room that was close to the front desk, because one of us has mobility issues. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices from eggs/sausage to bagels/cream cheese to yogurt and toast or cereal. Good coffee. Parking was easy. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Very, very comfortable beds!

The location was about 2 miles from downtown, a bit further than we would have liked. But really OK.

Location, staff had room ready for early checkin so we could shower/dress for a wedding after our long drive. Bed was comfortable with smooth, nice feel to sheets.

Room was very dark, stuffy, with stale odor. First priority: open a window and air out room for a couple hours. Room could use updating with better lighting, lighter color drapes, etc. Breakfast not interesting and coffee is terrible. Fortunately, Starbucks is next door!

convenient location for us to be close to family. walking distance to Starbucks. outdoor pool was very nice during the hot months.

The room did not smell good. it smelled like an old smoking room. we tried leaving our windows open everyday but the smell never got better. room didn’t feel physically dirty, just the smell and outdated feel made the experience less pleasant

Great staff and the pool and jacuzzi were really perfect. Great location near all food options we could want as well as easy access into downtown. Room was nice and clean. Wifi was reliable, which was great.

The beds are small. Really only for one person or an adult and a small child or two small children on their own. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers in these double beds. It was TIGHT. Also, with all of the staffing issues they had a sign that said they couldnʻt guarantee the room was going to be cleaned in the middle of our 4 night stay. That was a bit tough but we tried to be extra neat.

We were on the bottom floor as requested & the pool was right out my window, so I could see my child swim.

Beds made me a little sore & I couldn't find where to change the fridge temp. The worst is the $100 incidental fee on top of almost $500 for 2 nights. We have to travel for work & school & it's awful.

Could have used a dolly to bring in items to my room, it was very cumbersome to scan card with both my hands full of my luggage.
