This property is truly exceptional. In my experience, rental descriptions will often overstate amenities or space or location. In short, this property exceeded every expectation and description. Rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, the house is a very short walk to the beach, and the porch seating areas were awesome. We had an incredible stay and hope to be able to rent again.

The house is welcoming and easy to find. The layout of the home was very inviting. Nice Natural and overhead lighting warms and wraps the space.The setting from the tranquil porch, nestled under a majestic moss covered mature Oak was wonderful. The choice of which verandah you would like to perch on, was indeed a plus. The home all in all was very nice as it lay steps away from the gulf. The office was a great amenity. Josh, the Host was very delightful and easy to communicate with. The home is new, lovely, and supplied amply. If I had one critique it would be that the housekeeping crew do a more thorough job. It's such a lovely home through and through. I generally clean everywhere I go, so, I notice everything. We did a bit of cleaning here. If and when Housekeeping steps it up this house is easily a 5. It's a great property that should be booked without hesitation. Very enjoyable space and a great Host makes for a lovely, problem free vacation.

Absolutely lovely home. Very clean and well stocked kitchen with everything we needed (and some). Beautifully designed and decorated but also comfortably functional, at the same time. Very short walk to the practically private beach. Definitely a “come back to” kind of place.

We loved our stay here. We ran into zero issues checking in/out or while we stayed. We had our 1 year old with us so we loved that the porch was screened on the side of home. Walking distance to beach and close driving distance to other attractions.

I love the house. It was perfectly appointed. The only thing that seemed off, the Porch furniture still had the covers on them. We removed them in order to enjoy the furniture, but did not have an appropriate place to put the covers. We moved the furniture onto the dining room screened porch area. It seemed to work better in that location, with a couple of rockers on the living room screened porch, we could see the water. It was so relaxing and so enjoyable. Overall experience was AMAZING!!! We did move the outdoor furniture back to its original place with covers. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. God Bless your home

Everything about this property was immaculate. I have never stayed somewhere so well stocked with anything we needed. We decided to not stay in condos with the rest of our baseball team to have some extra space and it was the best decision. The house even had sports equipment that the kids loved using in the huge yard. We were just blown away by the attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

The house is spectacular - the best stocked kitchen of all homes we have stayed in! The amenities were more than expected and the listing is spot on. This house is beautiful and in a great location - we had the beach to ourselves everyday. Either direction there was restaurants and Walmart was less than a mile from the house. My family always jokes that I have to be within 10 miles of a Walmart since I tend to forget something! If you are looking for a beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood right across from the beach, look no further! 10+++

This is an excellent vacation home within easy walking distance of the beach with an ocean view. The house is beautiful and comfortable. You will wish you could pick the house up and take it back with you. There are two great decks on the house where you can sit in the comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the peaceful, beautiful environment. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all top notch. There is a useful bedroom upstairs with four bunk beds. The home includes a washer and dryer. I would definitely book this home again on our next visit to the Mississippi Gulf coast.

We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this home by far had the most items included! they had plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. we made a whole Easter dinner and the only thing we were missing was a potato peeler (there’s one there now). The beds were amazing. We loved being next to the ocean and a block or two from Walmart. If I had to find a complaint, it’d be the water pressure in the showers and not having a dresser in the bunk room. Overall perfect stay, beautiful home!

This place was amazing!! Everything you need is at the house and it is very convenient to different attractions. Went to the Harrison County Fairgrounds, casino, Bay of St. Luis, Biloxi and Gulfport. Ate at the half shell oyster house- amazing!! Enjoyed our stay very much.

Our group of two families with young children had such a fun time in this beautiful home. The kids loved the bunk room and adults loved the spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms, and comfy beds. The pantry was well stocked, walk to the beach was short with chairs and toys to borrow, and the style of the house was just perfect. We hope to return again for our annual trip to the coast!

We pulled up to the most gorgeous home and knew it was going to be a great trip. Everything is immaculate at the home and stocked so beautifully. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you need to prepare meals. Mattress are top quality, sleeping pillows and sheets were all great quality.
Walking distance to the beach and really close to eating facilities.

This house is amazing! It’s beautiful, clean, wonderfully decorated and such a quiet and peaceful location. It is well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Josh was wonderful to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had. We enjoyed the small town atmosphere of Pass Christian and Bay St. Louis. Love the laid back beaches, without all of the crowds. Our group of 7 ranges in age from 9-71 and we all had a great time. We would recommend this home and location to anyone.

Perfect Beach Stay
This beach house exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. Very short walk to the beach. The beach felt like a private beach as we had the beach to our selves every day. Very short drive to buy shrimp right off the boat or great local restaurant's and pubs. This is a perfect family vacation house.

Beauty and the Beach
This home is beautiful! The furniture, the fixtures, the finishes, etc. The home is lovely and inviting and looks exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. It sits within walking distance of the beach in a neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had a question and he responded almost immediately. I don't have a single complaint. We're already planning our next trip!

An amazing house with a great location. The host has thought of everything, even the things you didn't know your needed. Trying to figure out how to give this location a great rating, but not, because I don't want the secret getting out. Looking forward to our next, chance encounter.
