We had a wonderful time! We had a large group of friends and the place fit us perfectly and had plenty of space. The place was clean. We would recommend this place and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The directions to the house were not real clear we drove around a bit trying to find it. The house is in a grouping of beach houses and it is located on the back corner off of the main road. The counters have been painted and they are stained by make up and burn marks probably from hot irons/curling irons. The kitchen is very small but we made it work! The stairs are steep. Just to let you know. Baby gates for the stairs would be a plus. The stairs going down to the downstairs exit, the stairs going up to the top floor and the stairs leading down from the top floor. If you have young ones, I advise you to make a plan. We did have a great time! The house was nicely decorated and outfitted with equipment and utensils. We were pleased! The paint and boxes under the kitchen sink took up some valuable real estate in the kitchen where we could have put our trash bags and our disposable plates & such. To my knowledge everything else was great!

The house was very clean and nice. Plenty of room for 2 families with kids that range from 16-7. There is a great view of the pool and lagoon in the back. It was a great trip!

Friendly booking and checking in experience. You do have to cross a busy road for beach access. Rental was clean, but had several maintenance issues that previous renters noted, but we’re not fixed prior to my arrival. Toilets that ran all night keeping family awake. A window that was at the only interior entrance was leaking badly and water was standing in floor directly where we had to walk (trip/fall hazard). It rained several days and the floor stayed wet the majority of the time we stayed. I contacted property managers and the issue was never addressed. Bar stools and dining furniture all had loose screws and were wobbly which I had to tighten to prevent an accident. This rental needs some maintenance to ensure a safe stay for everyone.

We had a group of 11 stay in this cottage.. everybody loved it, great location! Close to beach and lagoon! We will definetely be back! Host was great as well!

We had asked that 2 upstairs bedroom TVs be fixed and neither was , that’s hard at nap time with kids. Three of the 4 toilets had issues, two would run , and needed flappers replaced, one had to remove tank cover to flush by hand and it was the only one addressed, the other 2 we turned off water to at night to keep them from running repeatedly. I’m sure this has affected the water bill. Not really big issues , but would have made our stay more enjoyable had these things been addressed
