We had a great stay at this loft for the weekend

This is a very adorable, clean, and cozy place! The interior is very updated and was perfect for our stay! Check-in & check-out was very easy, basic requirements of tidying before we left, and friendly owners who live downstairs from unit. Only downsides were close neighbors who played loud thumping music about 2 am and some noise after 10pm from downstairs owners. Location was safe with street parking. Not in the “nice” part of town but we felt comfortable. Would totally stay here again!!

Felt that advertising hid the fact that owners live downstairs. Owners tried to process charges that were not warranted. Property is located right next to busy road with semis driving by all night so was unable to sleep. Overall, the apt is very small but it is nicely updated. Location, interaction with the owner and environment were subpar at best. Would not stay here again.

Location was 5 min from Clarke University, for our visit. VRBO was clean and very nice and comfortable. Property Manager very easy to get a hold of with questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy to settle in with a comfortable sectional, fuzzy blankets, ceiling fans, and a Roku to continue watching your shows :-) Very clean and everything I forgot was in the kitchen. Living room area faces a fairly busy street, so some traffic noises. We did not hear the street sounds from bedroom. There are even a couple white noise machines, which we could have turned on in the living area too. Worth it for the location; lots to eat and explore nearby. Dubuque was a good launching place for state parks. Maquoketa caves is less than an hour away and is an incredible place to hike. We enjoyed renting here and were very comfortable.
