Good experience

We had a lot of fun. The house is nice and clean. The pool is a perfect size for a large group -our kids spent hours in it. Great location - really close to the beach, but also shopping mall is right at the corner.

Everything was wonderful! Highly recommend!

This home was ideal with lots of space, a nice size pool and the playground for our kids in the backyard and a larger one just a few blocks over. Easy access to the beach and great to have 4 chairs setup everyday waiting for us (included).

We LOVED family matters as a wonderful home base for the week with family and friends. There were 21 of us and there was plenty of room for all to eat, lounge, laugh and play. We also greatly appreciated the system and lock on the back door to the pool as we had some younger kiddos. The lounge area was great, the outside area relaxing, and the house just perfect. It was also located a short walk (5 min or so) to the beach - which had 4 chairs set up daily. A wonderful stay. Oh - the outside tiled back walkway from the door to the pool does get slick. Put a towel down so no falls occur!

The property worked very well for us, the days it rained and couldn't go to the beach we spent in and out of the pool. Plenty of room for all 23 of us!! It did need some additional cleaning when we arrived. Also there is only room for 5 vehicles on the property.

Plenty of seating and bedrooms. Great pool area.

very clean well stocked home, large pool, plenty of room for our extended family, we were able to check in early which was wonderful. we ran out of propane for the fire pit, called and a new tank was delivered promptly, i called the concierge for some ideas of activities to do on a wet day and she was very helpful gave me plenty. the beach was a short walk, easy to walk to publix and camilles, overall a wonderful vacation and we shall be returning.

Great house for big groups, close to Crystal Beach access (and Camille's), beautiful new pool and fire pit. Plenty of room for our party of 20!

Our family had an amazing vacation at Family Matters. The renovations to the pool area are awesome! We paid to heat the pool and it was well worth the money- we spent a lot of time in it! It’s only a short walk to the beach. There’s an amazing cafe a block away. We did grocery delivery through the Publix here which was very convenient and gave us more time to enjoy ourselves. There are games, DVD’s and playing cards in the house. We got a lot of use out of the bikes! It’s a great area to ride around! The only suggestion I would make is to have some basic staples in the house like spices, olive oil, etc. (and maybe a mini fridge for some drinks in the pool area). Loved our stay!!

Great property very close to the beach and retail/food. The pool is small, but it has a great play area for children. The elevator was a bonus for those on the third floor. Customer service was great.

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at family matters and it had EVERYTHING we needed!!! The only time we left the house was either to go to the beach or some of the fantastic restaurants within walking distance! The home inside was wayyy more than we expected! We rented the margarita machine and laid by the pool most of the days, theres an outdoor TV and we could listen to music!!! It was awesome having the gas grill and the kitchen right off the pool deck. The living room is HUGE and theres a little indoor bar too.We had great weather so we did most of our eatting at the outdoor dinner table. All the rooms were really realllly clean I couldnt believe it. Most of the houses Ive rented in the past were a little dinged up here and there but you can tell these people really take care of their properties. I could go ON AND ONNNNN!!! The people at Beach Reunion were also such a pleasure to deal with, they gave us all sorts of fun recommendations and just called out of no where to tell us the house was ready and wanted to know if we wanted go in early!!!!! It was also really also cool with the free bikes, we rode them to the beach access and locked them up there. We are already talking about booking for next year :)
