We Were there to prepare food and make arrangements for a memorial service . Owner was very understanding when plans changed, different folks staying, modified dates. Lives in area and was right there with any on site problems. Dog bowls and pooper scooper was added bonus! Very convenient to freeway and shopping. Plan to stay again just for fun next time!

House was nice, clean, and everything worked. Beds were comfortable and house was close to food and groceries.

The interior of the property is really new and nicely appointed. The neighborhood is a little more tired but we never felt unsafe or thought twice about being there.

We were in Kennewick for my daughter’s wedding, and the location of this property could not have been more perfect. Not only was it close to everywhere we had to be that weekend, but the home was absolutely lovely… clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything that made us feel “at home.” My parents and my 13 year old son really enjoyed their stay as well. Highly recommend!

We loved how clean and beautifully the house was decorated. We felt very well rested during our stay, and we would definitely come back!

It was a lovely place. My only issue was the front door keypad.. it was difficult and I had to keep bothering the property owner to reset. Finally we just used the garage door opener. For first timers I’d say it went okay for us. The house had everything we needed. Lovely.

Townhouse is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. Nice area for our dog to chill out in. Very spacious and off street parking. Well stocked with essentials, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, laundry items and kitchen fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. Great for small children with high chair and two pack-n-plays. We bought a gate to keep our 18 month old from climbing the stairs. Highly recommend and will defiantly rent from again. Great communication.

The home was perfect! It’s clean and cozy and worked great for our family. We had one slight issue at check in but the owner was available via phone asap and the problem was solved immediately. We would definitely stay here again. All the comforts of home!

We were quite comfortable from the beds to the couch during our stay with our dog. Nice TV, good heating. Well fenced backyard, dog bowls, eating pad and even a dog towel to use to dry off wet paws! Kitchen has plenty of nice pots/pans, good knives, dishes and essential tools. Kurieg coffee was supplied as well as ice, salt/pepper and garlic salt. Well maintained high chair on wheels is tucked away in a closet and a pack and play. Nice upstairs laundry to use if needed. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. The home was very clean and well maintained. So nice to have a garage in which to park the car. Owners have been very thoughtful and considerate when furnishing the duplex. We'd think we'd need something, go to look and boom, there it was! Owner was very responsive although we lacked for nothing!
