Beautiful home with minor inconveniences and issues. Furniture was just adequate. Screens on porch needed mended or replaced. Tv was plugged into a switched outlet which took us a while to figure out and on a narrow stand which led to some fear of it falling. Great things were that there is a trolley that will take you into town as well as parking passes if you choose to drive in. Quiet development

The house is lovely and well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and enjoyable. Well located, very close to the beach. We were comfortable and appreciated ease of communications with Berkshire Hathaway who oversees the house’s rental and care.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and neighborhood; however, it was truly a 4 bedroom and not 5. The 5th “bedroom” is actually a sunroom with a trundle bed right off the deck. It wasn’t ideal. But, overall, pretty house with a nice kitchen and great room. Bedrooms and layout for a family vacation were the only issue for us.

We were In town for a memorial with a lot of extended family. This house is extremely comfortable exceptionally clean in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Grief for families. We also enjoyed playing tennis and Pickleball as well. We have already looking to book for 2025.

Overall, the house was great and we had a wonderful 2 weeks. The neighborhood is in a great location w/ access to restaurants & a short drive to the beach. The house was clean & spacious and there were great open areas to gather to eat, play games, sit outside on the screened in porch. Our biggest frustration was the mgt company. We arrived @ the house 4:40pm & immediately heard smoke detector chirp . high ceilings & no batteries. We called the office at 4:45 (15 minutes prior to closing) & were told it would be difficult to have someone stop by because it was late in the day & when we pushed for help the person hung up on us. An hour later called the after-hours number & were told this was not an emergency; that person also hung up on us. next day had issues w/ a broken chair & leaky kitchen faucet. another call was placed, someone came by 11am. we give a big thumbs down to the management company & their customer service. While the house was great, the house description was inaccurate in our opinion in claiming the house was a “5BR” in the listing title. From our perspective, there are 4 bedrooms & a sunroom w/ a daybed / trundle. The sunroom has glass French doors & sliding glass door w/ NO blinds.The "Rooms & Beds" section VRBO listing skipped # 3 b/c NOT a bedroom but rather a sunroom that someone could sleep in. On Zillow, it's listed as a 3BR house b/c the 2nd upstairs bedroom has no closet. we really did love the place but cust svc was terrible & listing inaccurate

We had a great stay at this house. Its well decorated, clean and spacious. We were able to bring our dogs which was a huge plus. Location is great. While not beachfront (something we knew and expected), we were able to walk to the beach (30 minutes) and if we didnt want to walk, the free trolley comes right by the house as well so its easy in and out. Its just close enough to be close but also is secluded in a nice quiet neighborhood away from some of the insanity of the main strip and Costal Hwy.

We gathered our family for Thanksgiving weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was nice. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, a few more coffee mugs would have been good. Grill was functional but looked like it was due for an upgrade. Overall, great stay and only a short drive to downtown Bethany beach.

House was spacious and clean. Prior renters had not followed instructions on how to handle the trash, so we had a full trash bin mixed with recycling to deal with. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Highlights: 1. Comfortable Master Suite2. Open concept family room/kitchen3. Easy rental company to work with (my 3rd in the past 2 years)4. Nice outside patio/deck with screened in porch.Not so highlights:1. Glassware at the end of the summer rental season had been depleted. 2. Kitchen was not as well stocked as would have liked. 3. Previously mentioned trash issue4. A few broken items that were reported to the rental company. Headboard in one of the bedrooms, bench on the front porch.
