The house was a great home base for a stay in Waco: quiet neighborhood, option to park behind locked gate, plenty of room, lots of extras in the well-equipped kitchen & bathrooms. While the house appeared neat & clean in nearly every room, the cleaning service might need to focus some extra attention on sweeping up pet hair, which was found on towels & on bathroom floors. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay, & we would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful! The home is clean and well appointed. An excellent base to see the eclipse and walking distance to Baylor University. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, well stocked kitchen with coffee.Communication with host was prompt and helpful. Definitely recommend without reservation.

The home is well kept. The neighborhood is quiet. It is close to Baylor University and other Waco attractions. We will stay here again.

Our host Karen was the best host we have ever had. She provided everything needed and was very quick to respond to our questions. House is very nice. Surrounding area is being revitalized has a few homes that haven't been upgraded yet but all the neighbors were very nice and most just kept to themselves.

Loved cleanliness and it was well stocked. Very comfortable. lovely backyard for grilling spending time together.

Spent the weekend in Waco touring Baylor with my girls and mom and sister. The house was perfect. It was so clean and welcoming and had all the little details you could want. Yes there are some run down houses on the street but that seems to be the norm in Waco, nice redone houses mixed into rundown ones in every neighborhood. The house was very responsive and check in was a piece of cake!

House was comfortable and well appointed. Communication with Karen was easy and she was very responsive.

This was a college reunion trip and this house couldn't have been more perfect. The kitchen was great to stand around and talk in, we watched a movie in the comfortable living room and we each got our own bedroom. The house isn't far from The Silos and Baylor. As the listing states, the neighborhood is up and coming, but it was quiet and the backyard is beautiful.

The house was perfectly clean and cozy! Every room was updated and the decor was SO cute! The beds were super comfortable...slept like a baby! I will definitely stay here again if I make it back to Waco.

We absolutely loved staying at the country cutie. The house is wonderful. The neighborhood seems a little rundown at first glance but it was quiet and we loved every minute at the home. It’s super close to all things Waco. The beds are super comfy, and they have loads of amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was absolutely Beautiful and smelled great. Very comfortable. My first thought of the neighborhood was sketchy but actually it was quiet and very pleasant. I would surely stay here again and also recommend it. We were so close to the Magnolia Silos. However if you do stay in Waco,take the WACO TOURS. One of the best tours I've been on. Worth the money.

We loved this property. We used this location to celebrate a 30th birthday with a girls weekend. There were 6 in our party and we all had somewhere comfortable to sleep and get ready. The kitchen was amazing! Fully stocked, we lacked for nothing. We did a grocery pickup at the local H‑E‑B, a 10 minute drive from the house. In fact, everything is a 10 minute drive from the house. The central location kept everyone in good spirits for being on the go all weekend. The less time spent in the car the better! Our host was fantastic, she was always in contact with us. The house is in an older neighborhood, we were unbothered by the neighbors. It seemed that the house was in the back of the neighborhood on a quiet street. We went in the middle of a Texas summer so we didn’t get to utilize the backyard much except to take pictures with the cute mural wall. You and your group will love this home!

My husband and I went on a short Waco trip with our friends. This house was adorable, super clean, and had everything you could possibly need. It was located close to downtown Waco so that nothing was too far away. The host contacted me to ask if we needed anything during our stay. She also put together the cutest scrap book filled with information for people new to the area.

This booking was PERFECT! The location was within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do/see. The house was so clean and everything was just as described. The neighborhood was definitely a mix, as stated, but we felt safe and never had any issue! Communication with Karen was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend her and her home to friends and family.

This house was so adorable. It was perfect for all our needs and absolutely beautiful. Our puppy loved the backyard. The kitchen was my favorite. The decor was so cute, it had me going from room to room to see the rest. It was centrally located to all the activities we had planned. The host was easy to contact and checked in with us during our trip. Would definitely stay again!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We loved making popcorn with all the fixings. Our coffee drinkers enjoyed the mini coffee bar. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was appreciated.

We really enjoyed our time there. The house created a great environment! When it rained and we got stuck in, it didn’t feel like we were stuck. We genuinely had such a good time just hanging out inside whether it was watching a movie or playing the wii…and the extra blankets were a huge bonus!! Loved the backyard setup and the house had plenty of room!! Location was also close to everything we wanted to do…would definitely stay here again!!

Mom and daughters stayed in April 2023 for a long weekend girls trip to visit all things Magnolia. We had an amazing time! The house was centrally located to everything and wonderfully equipped with all the comforts of home. If we are ever back in the area we'd love to stay here again!

The inside of the property was very adorable, furnished with lots of cute decor and had a lot to offer. Even my husband commented on how great the VRBO was and how impressed he was with it. Great communication with the host, had no issues with anything inside the home. My dog also had a lot of fun running around the backyard. The only thing was the location. Not commenting on what it was near, but more of lack of places to take my dog to. My dog doesn’t like to go to the bathroom near places she stays, so I was prepared to do daily walks with her. However, the neighborhood streets didn’t have sidewalks to walk her down. The only place I could take her was driving to the local park. Otherwise, the place was really convenient to stay at and we’d definitely stay there again in the future.

Everything was great at the house. It had many extra accommodations that were nice. We would definitely stay there again
