This property was beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for someone wanting to be close to the strip but not wanting the noise of it.

This property is all that it claims and more. This was our third trip to the area in the last year and this property was hands down our favorite. Something to do for all ages and my grandchildren loved playing on the huge deck. And Chris the property owner was amazing to work with. We are already planning our next trip back for next year.

There were 9 of us, we all had a great vacation. The cabin was great, Chris responded to any questions we had promptly.

Our stay was everything we had hoped. The home was as large as it looked in the photos. Our family of 11 fit great and we never felt on top of each other. The play area kept the kids busy during our free time. All the activities were close by. The area was in a good location to visit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. We had several visits from bears and turkeys! And the sunset views were amazing. We can't wait to come back! This is a great home to rent and we definitely recommend it.

The property was in great shape and we had a blast as a family. We were graced with a male and a few female turkeys most of the week and a visit from a bear one night while eating dinner on the deck. We would recommend the property to anyone looking for a stay in the mountains. If we are looking for a place in the area in the future we will try to be repeat customers!

It was a great resting place for our family. The house was lovely and the view was incredible.

Haven of Rest is such a beautiful cabin with breathtaking views and so much spacious land. The cabin was well kept, and fully equipped with your basic essential items such as plates, cups, utensils, pots/pans, wine glasses, and even a griddle(this was extremely convenient)! All bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Every bedroom had a full bathroom available except for the bedroom with the bunks. Although I did not have any children with my group during this stay, the cabin had a cute play area for children along with board games and chalk... I thought that was amazing! Chris was quick with responding to my messages when I had questions. My only suggestion for the host is to have cleaning products and garbage bags available for use. There were no wipes or cleaning sprays available to clean the counters or stove, I had to purchase my own cleaning wipes simply because I did not want to leave the counters looking messy. Other than this minor issue, my stay here in this cabin was everything I could have imagined to be. I highly recommend staying here with your family or a group of friends, you are guaranteed to have an amazing time! Thank you Chris for providing a cozy, beautiful, homey cabin!

Wonderful stay! Cabin is breath taking! Very well stocked, wonderfully decorated, and very clean. We had a stay with 15 and plenty of room for everyone. Nice and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Everything about this cabin was great! It was clean, well stocked, secluded and quiet! Everyone said their beds were very comfortable! The only even slightly negative was the road getting to the cabin was a little narrow, but that was just due to us getting in at 1:30am the first night. Once we had driven and had a little familiarity with the road it wasn't bad. Chris was wonderful to work with, checking in with me multiple times to.make sure everything was ok and we were enjoying our trip! Absolutely wonderful trip!

The cabin is beautiful and very private. It was very clean and had all the amenities we expected. We would definitely stay here again! Chris was great to work with! We actually had a member of the group leave a child’s coat and he returned it at no cost for shipping. Thank you Chris! I feel you went above and beyond!

Beautiful home which had everything we needed for a long weekend. Plenty of activities close by if choose to leave the house. Outdoor cushions could use an update.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and spacious for 11 adults and one infant. Property manager was available when needed with email and was prompt with response. Beautiful views . Would choose this cabin again.

The property exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen and towels. Lack of ice maker was fine since ice trays were provided. Property owner was kind and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful home and relaxing atmosphere!!

The house was very spacious and the floor plan was perfect (bedrooms and bathrooms on three levels) for my wife and I, our married children and spouses and our grandchildren ranging in age from five to seventeen. The kitchen was well stocked with virtually any food prep device needed. The paper supplies provide were surprisingly more than sufficient for our large crowd during our six day/five night stay. The mountain view was beautiful and the owner was very responsive in quick fashion on the one occasion in which we needed a minor issue resolved. The issue was more chlorine was needed for the hot tub. It was available on site and we located it and were good to go after a quick text to the owner. Beds were comfortable. Grandchildren loved the bunk room. The air conditioner worked well. (NOTE: the reason I only gave 'Cleanliness' a four star rating instead of the five stars I rated everything else is the outside furniture could have used a little wipe down prior to our arrival. This was minor and if a 4.75 rating had been available, I would have given it.)

We loved our stay here! House is beautiful, well maintained and well stocked for visitors. Time spent on the spacious deck was perfect. We did have many raccoon try to visit with us on the deck/got into the grill-- but that is to be expected and kind of fun to see. The drive up to the property takes some time but is a beautiful drive and there is lots to see on the way. Owner was extremely quick to help us out with a few very minor issues -- and messaged to make sure we were happy with the home! We would definitely stay here again! Easily would sleep 16. Thank you so much Chris for your hospitality-- you have a gem of a home!!

Three generations family vacation. The cabin is everything your looking for to spend time with family. Great Mountain View’s, sunsets and sunrise. Excellent layout and impeccable interior furnishing. Great game room, decks and outdoor games. If you want quiet mountain surroundings but close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this is the cabin for you. The owner is great! Out of all the vacation rentals we have booked, this cabin by far was the best. We would rent it again and recommend it to everyone.

The views from the house were as amazing as advertised and we loved the house. The kitchen was well-stocked, the house was clean, and we had all the linens, towels and blankets that we needed. We ran into a few issues that couldn’t have been foreseen, with the grill breaking and the Internet going down, but the property manager addressed both as quickly as possible and was very friendly to work with. The house had a few changes that were different than the pictures, such chairs instead of theater seating in the basement and a changing of beds in one room. The dining room table and chairs were also different than pictured and the dining room chairs were uncomfortable. There was also no ice maker as listed on VRBO (I believe we got notice of no ice maker in a welcome email though). But we considered all of these items as minor issues, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again if in the area.

This was our second stay at “Haven of Rest”. Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! We hope to come back again sometime! The Brown Family

Wo.. just wow! The views we had around the entire cabin were breathtaking. We used every spot in that house and enjoyed our time fully. So many great meals and memories were made here and everyone had enough space to be comfortable!! The drive up to the cabin was beautiful and we got to be snowed in an extra day aren’t we lucky! Could’ve stayed many more days we cannot wait to come back!!! P.S The hot tub in the snow was a plus. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas with everything we needed for our large family. Becky was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns and very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. We planned this trip to enjoy Christmas in the smokies with family. There were 15 of us and it was very spacious. We enjoyed cooking our meals there. The cabin had everything we needed. The views are amazing and I'm glad the weather was nice where we could enjoy the sitting areas on the deck. The property was big enough for the kids to play outside. So many things to do to just stay in the cabin and not go anywhere. The owners were very responsive and so kind. I love knowing how secure the area is. We will definitely be back!!

There was 11 in our group ranging from 1 to 73 and we had the BEST time!! The cabin was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! It was well stocked with everything anyone would need! Anytime we had a question, Becky was quick to answer! Our family HIGHLY recommends this cabin to anyone!! My husband teased and said he was going to the bank to get money and make an offer she couldn't refuse lol.

We had a wonderful time at Haven of Rest. Our family of 7 adults and 6 children ages 1-7, had plenty of room to spread out. Becky was very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our arrival. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was the perfect place for our family to reconnect.

The cabin was decorated for the holidays. My daughter said it looked like the cabins in Hallmark Christmas Movies. It had everything we needed plus more. The drive up the mountain (and down the mountain) was a little tense especially at night. The road is very narrow and of course no street lights. We spent a day at Dollywood and rode the mountain coasters. When we asked the 12 year old what he liked best about our trip, his answer, the CABIN!! We did have to clean the gas grill before using. Would recommend this cabin.to my family and friends.

we went to TN the perfect week. The house was large and accommodated all our friends. We loved the location and was minutes from downtown pigeon forge. The owners were very responsive for additional trash pickup and an_ questions we had. I would definitely give it 10 + stars!!!! Thanks for the best vacation ever!

Absolutely recommend staying here! Very cleaned and spacious! The owner was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had! The cabin was wonderful! There was a group of 15 of us and the cabin was very much spacious enough that we didn’t feel like we were right on top of each other. The view was wonderful! We seen a bear every night at the cabin. A couple times during the day time. We will definitely be back. I HIGHLY recommend staying here! You won’t regret it!

This property is amazing! From the ease of the driveway for being on motorcycles, to walking in and seeing what a totally amazing place this is! Our group had such a fantastic time. It was better than we could have ever imagined!
