Loved this house! It was so roomy! Cant wait to book it again!

Nice place to stay not great views

Everything was pleasant, we enjoyed the stay, the only thing against it is that it does not have parking for cars, everything in the house works properly, I liked the place and how close the attractions are. I recommend it and appreciate your hospitality.

The cabin was perfect for our 4 families to enjoy our 1st Family Vacation. From 8-60 years old, we all enjoyed the many amenities. Clean, spacious, good location and plenty of space to enjoy in a group or off on your own. Parking is a little confusing but once you get it figured out it is a non-issue. Just know there’s only 3 spaces to park near the cabin. The steps to the cabin would not be good for anyone needing assistance or wheelchair bound. Overall-perfect for our week of visiting the area!

This resort cabin was the perfect place! We had 4 couples and we all got our own bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom! The hot tub was great for relaxing and the pool was there so we could cool off. And for a fun time we played the games and pool. This will definitely be a spot we'll be coming back to!

This house was a wonderful part of our stay! Lots for the kids and adults to do from swimming to relaxing in the theater room....we all had a great weekend!

This home had such a nice setup, especially for kids . We had 7 grandkids (ages 5-12), plus 8 adults. They loved the pool table on the 3rd floor, all the other games on basement floor and especially the little pool on very bottom floor. But it was so hot when we were there, it was very hard to cool the top floor, since we weren't supposed to turn it below 72 degrees. This place is in a new area of homes being built, so parking was very hard, with only 2 spots allowed per cabin. Our other 2 vehicles had to find places up by the community pool, which was some days hard to find. The place was clean, but might want to inspect it a little better because we discovered a broken pool cue on the wall and a broken kitchen chair which we could still use, plus a BIG cob web on the kitchen ceiling. It was out in the boonies, but a beautiful place and not far from the action places. When we called to report any problems they were very accommodating. But we had Verizon phone service and it was not good out there & had to go outside to talk. We would probably use this place again, if we ever went back.

We had a really good time my only complaint about the house was the fact that bedroom number six was in the basement with the swimming pool and so was the theater room. Halfway through our vacation my daughter had to move out of the room due to throat issues from the chlorine. I paid over $6,000 for 5 days the house is beautiful but it just has issues on the bottom floor as far as strong chlorine and the alarm never wanting to stop we had to pull the batteries

The property is great! And the location is near downtown Gatlinburg and not far from Pigeon Forge. No lack of things to do in the area. Also had a great time when we were hanging around the house. The pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and theater room guaranteed that we were never bored. Highly recommend for family vacations. We had 10 people and were never crowded. Only complaint… never found the Alexa that was advertised and my grandson was disappointed that we couldn’t find balls for the foosball table. All in all a fantastic experience for us all!

Overall this property is awesome! Bedrooms all had king beds! Games available were great! Very easy and short drives to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We only had a couple things that didn't work for pur family. 1. Parking! You only get 2 spots for a 6 bedroom house. Luckily the cabin beside us was empty so we parked there . 2. Pool was too cold for the kids and there is no way to adjust temperature. We used the community pool more than ours in the cabin. 3. We would have liked doors for the stairs because of the small child we had. Our family had a great time! Thank you Eden Crest!!!

Overall the cabin was great. Very clean, had everything we needed. Wi-Fi worked great! Only concern is it took a bit to figure out the pool alarm and pool room alarm and was somewhat a headache for those staying in the bedroom next to the pool, but we figured it out. It was maybe 15 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and was in a nice quiet neighborhood, despite being very close to other cabins. We loved all the amenities including the poker table- which was a hit. Overall, the place was beautiful and we would stay there again!

The cabin (Fireside Retreat) was perfect for our girls weekend! It was spacious enough for everyone to have their privacy but we were still able to congregate in the common spaces with room to spare! The amenities were top notch and we weren't far from shopping and restaurants. One drawback was the parking area did not make sense. It was too far from the house and not in view.

It’s been a tradition to go to the mountains each year for my husbands birthday. Most years we do couples only, but this year decided to bring the kids along. We had kids from 4 months to 12 years old and they were all in heaven, along with the adults! The house had so much, that we rarely left! Hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, theater room, game room, etc. we had the best time. My friend said this was the best cabin we’d had since we started this 5-6 years ago. Very clean and luxurious. 🤩there’s a texting service for any questions which was awesome. 10 out of 10.

The house was very clean and the check-in process was very easy! Fully supplied kitchen as far as utensils and dishes! Parking wasn’t great but this was our only complaint, two parking spaces for a 6 bedroom cabin was a tight squeeze but thankfully we were able to park at the pool as well. Perfect location and view!

We had family staying 70 years old to 1 and everyone had a great time. Plenty to do in the cabin so no need to leave. We will definitely want to stay again. If I had a complaint it was that the wifi was a little slow.
