Exactly as advertised. Couldn't have been happier!!

What brand? The fine art of making guests feel like they are at home! The excellence of hospitality was beyond my expectations of a beach getaway! For starts, I can't express my gratitude for the availability of cable connected to every tv! I was able to enjoy my favorite shows after dinner, just as I would at home. Upon arrival, the soft, summertime music playing in the living room captivated me, what a welcome! Not to mention the unobstructed view of the ocean from every window! Very clean, tastefully decorated with a mix of different patterns, textures, and styles. The box fan REALLY made it feel like home! Stacey, Jaimee, and Pam were EXCEPTIONAL with the communication via text and email! Ladies, you all answered every question I had, before I had a chance to ask! You blessed my Type A personality! This property is a winner in every way, no reason to contemplate whether you should stay!

Property had everything you would need. Smaller property which was nice. Beautiful views from the balcony. I would rent directly from property management at staycation next time to prevent extra charges from vrbo

This is our second time staying at Ketch Courtyard. Nothing beats the cleanliness of the condo, or the spectacular beach from view! Planning on coming back later on this summer!

We were so happy with this property! It was exactly like the picture showed which is not always the case. We loved the location and ease of getting around. Also, the rental company did an amazing job with communication.

Everything here was great. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome views. Well equipped. And not having to do check out housekeeping is really quite nice. Definitely will return to this location.

We enjoyed our week at this condo so much! The condo was clean and just as advertised. We had everything we needed and so close to the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean and watching the two bunnies and two turtles that live in the sandy area between the building and the beach. We saw them every day! The location is close to restaurants and not very far from the historic downtown area that we also loved! The power went out on the island the last night we were there and was off for hours. The property management was in contact with us the entire time. Finally at 9 pm when it was still out, we decided to drive for a couple of hours since we were leaving the next morning anyway. I had a load of clothes in the washer when the power went out and we couldn't get it open. We left them thinking that was the end of it. Sunday, I let them know about the clothes and they dried them and mailed them to us! We had them by Wednesday! I only have 2 small negative things to say. The little sofa is not comfortable in the living room, and the balcony is a little crowded with furniture. But these things are not a big deal to us because we've already booked it again for late September. Thanks to the ladies at Stay Better Vacations for being awesome!

The property was easy to access. I was impressed and appreciated the commutation from the property owners during our stay. The walk to the beach was easy. We enjoyed watching some rabbits and turtle in the dunes from our balcony. The beds were all comfortable. Having the washer and dryer in the unit always comes in handy. There was an air fryer in the pantry and that impressed me. I would come back to stay here.

Great location, easy walk or drive to restaurants and shopping. Excellent views and beach access.

We had so much fun!. Great place. Beautiful view and easy beach access. The condo was comfy and the guys liked all of the TV choices. Just wish we could have stayed the full week - evacuated because of Hurricane Ian.

My husband and I spent a week at this property (Ketch Courtyard-402). We enjoyed our entire experience. The reservation process was great. Very thorough & informative. I especially liked the way Stacie stayed in touch with us throughout the process. The condo was beyond our expectations. The pictures were nice but the actual condo was breath taking. It had ALL the amenities & “bells & whistles!” We forgot our extension cord and found one in closet. The kitchen appliances were modern & user friendly. The outside of the complex was immaculate. We are looking toward to returning. This was a great couple getaway. So relaxing. HIGHLY recommend!
