We did a 3 day trip to celebrate my granddaughters birthday. The house is amazing and is loaded with amenities. Highly recommend for a family.

Beautiful home and property, extremely comfortable, beautiful views and convenient amenities. We enjoyed watching the deer, rabbits and quail feeding and walking about. We enjoyed several walks to the beach and beach trails. The kitchen is perfect for cooking while entertaining your guests, with everything one needs including a built in espresso machine. The bedrooms are incredibly posh and comfortable. Ample parking easily fits 5 vehicles. To no fault of the owners, our AT&T phones did not work well in this area, but our Verizon phones did work very well. This is a truly fantastic vacation home getaway!! This is a really gorgeous house with stunning views! The large living room has a really comfortable sofa and chairs. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Good quality cookware, plenty of crockery and cutlery and glasses. Loved all the thoughtful touches all around the house. All the beds were super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely a soothing and realxing atmosphere.

Amazing Beach House

The home was perfect for gathering our small group to enjoy cooking, meals, beach time, chatting by the fireplace, watching a movie. The views were perfect and the space and amenities were great too. Kitchen was fully stocked. This would be great for family gatherings too. I'm looking forward to renting again in the future.

We are frequent travelers to Dillon Beach and this is by far one of the best houses we have rented. There was nothing missed in the amenities and even had some things we forgot. A beautiful home in a great location and everything was thoughtfully provided. Absolutely one we would want to rent again.

The process couldn’t have been easier. It was seamless from start to finish. This place is perfect, close enough to walk to the beach, but large enough accommodate families in style. We have lived overseas for 14 yrs and have stayed at countless vacation homes all over the world. This was the BEST the property we have ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need. The beds were absolutely luxurious and so comfortable. For our family, this home was worth the very high price tag.

Some friends and I rented this lovely house for a quick weekend getaway. The house is absolutely stunning and the kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking utensil we needed. We spent the weekend cooking and hanging out, on what most of us agreed, the most comfy couch ever. We had no issues and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Had a nice family gathering in the well prepared home in great condition. The rental was on high end of my budget for this, so was hoping it would be great. Not disappointed! The fees, etc which seem a little stiff are because they take care of the place. Worth every penny!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! The kitchen was my dream kitchen, and was supplied with everything we could possibly need. All the bedrooms were great, with 3 ensuites, which made it easy to hold the entire family. The ocean views were breathtaking, and it was a short hike to the beach. The path to get to the beach was a little challenging in some areas, but you could also drive a short distance to get to the main parking entrance to the beach, which we also did. The weather was perfect and the kids loved the house and the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and the property manager was super nice!

The listing is a true depiction of the home, we enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the wide-opened living room. The decor, the size was perfect, and did not have any problems with anything. The house is cleaned with a very well equipped kitchen … lots of cooking tools that are not often found in rental homes. The bedrooms are well laid out, and the bathrooms have everything you could need. Just LOVED the white towels in all the bathrooms … such a nice touch! The property management was more than accommodating throughout the whole process since booking to our stay. Linda (host) were responsive with texting and answered all questions promptly. We rented this house just for relaxing and recharging, so not much thing to do beside taking a walk to the beach and around the neighbor. There is only one small general store so be prepared to have enough food/drink if you want to stay in this town. Thanks for sharing your nice house with us!
