Everything went well from the communication, amenities, and check-in/check-out process. Absolutely will stay again!

Was a wonderful stay and the communication was great. I loved the location and there was amble parking for our families who had three cars. Loved the double bed in the room, cause we have kids!

The house was very clean and organized. Centrally located to 3 different beaches we visited. The pool was perfect to come home to and grill out! The owners were very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property

Morgan's property was an excellent fit for our family. The pool and floaties provided were awesome. Our 4 and 6 year old especially loved the swings in the backyard. The house and property were clean and perfect for a family. We also appreciated the easy communication with our host. Thank you for a beautiful place to make some everlasting family memories!

I work for an airline and have traveled multiple times throughout my 20+ year career to various destinations. This one by far was one of the most amazing vacations ever. It was the first airplane and first beach trip for my granddaughter who had just turned 4 yes old. Me along with my 3 daughters and my granddaughter decided to rent a VRBO since there were so many of us traveling. We wanted to find a home that extra bedrooms, a nice covered pool and a fenced in yard where my granddaughter could run around and play. Wow…did we get that and so much more! Everything I was looking for and even a play area outside with a nice swing set and a game room inside the garage. Even a corn hole game. There were also beach chairs and coolers for us to use when we went to the beach. We had so much space in the home and there was never a dull moment. Morgan the host was wonderful! Her place is wonderful. She has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Me and my girls plan on staying here now every time we visit the Tampa/Clearwater area. We had a family gathering and this house was everything the description said it would be. We had multiple pets and the yard was perfect for them to hang out in.

Our stay was great, and the kids loved the screened-in pool and private play set in the back yard. This house is located in a neighborhood away from all of the busy traffic by the beach. We had a peaceful stay and are looking forward to staying again next year.
