Front desk was very nice and polite

The bed sheets were stained and damp. The shower floor was really dirty. The packaged breakfast food that was put out was expired.

This hotel is located very close to the Clearwater/St.Petersburg International Airport. While these are not luxury accommodations, they are more than adequate for the price. The room was clean and comfortable and had a fridge and microwave. The air conditioning worked great which was a blessing in the Florida heat. The free continental breakfast is nothing special but not bad if you are just looking for a quick bite and a cup of coffee as you head out the door. If you need a quick, hot breakfast, there is a McDonald’s located right across the parking lot. This property also has a swimming pool though it is very small. The parking is adequate and the elevator works! All and all, not a bad stay. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I’d definitely stay there again. With a staff that is friendly, helpful and courteous, I’d recommend this hotel on your next visit to the Tampa/St.Pete area!

The hotel is definitely showing its age. While not located in a bad area, there are occasionally folks walking around outside in the parking lot who are not hotel guests.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is only a 5 minute drive away from the airport and has multiple fast food restaurants nearby.

The entire property smelled like weed. There were cigarette butts in the pool (there’s a designated smoking area right next to the pool area)

There were two employees, Chase and Will, that went above and beyond exceptional customer service. Will was more than hospitable and helped with a couple of issues I had and really went above what was expected!! Couldn't be happier. I would be more than happy to stay again just for the customer service I received!

Last day of our vacation and it was the best place we stayed. It's an older building, but it was quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly! Best bed, pillows, hot water and good water pressure. Slept well!
