The house was great for our vacation! It has a lot of comfortable space. The backyard is well cared for with a pool & hot tub!

Enjoyed our stay while moving family member to Tampa. Due to record breaking high temps while we were there, the AC seemed to struggle to keep house cool enough during the day. Back yard landscaping and pool area very nice!!

Nice house, nice pool and nice stay. But we never received an email for instructions to get into house even after emailing that we never received them. We had to search the internet to find a number to call so we could request the access code. But once in it was a good stay.

We arrived the first day to an uncleaned home. Because of the late hour, we had to get a hotel for the night. Owner replied in the morning and said a there was a glitch and the cleaning people were unaware of property needing cleaning. Owner told me I would receive a refund for one night and I am still waiting. We also let them know about a toilet that was leaking which a response was never given. 4 people with a schedule to keep had access to 1 toilet only. It's a shame because the home was nice once it was cleaned. Still a disappointment that I have yet to receive the refund.

Loved staying here! Perfect for our family! The pool was awesome! Would definitely stay at this property again! Easy to check in! Our stay got cut a day short due to the hurricane but that could not be helped! My husband left his watch and they very promptly shipped it to us! Don’t hesitate! Book it!

We stayed in this wonderful home for a small family getaway following our s son's graduation. We had a fabulous time enjoying the pool and playing games in the dining room.

This was clean and advertised appropriately. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was as pictured for the most part however when we arrived and walked around the property the first thing we noticed was a pile of garbage (broken chairs, broken signs, etc) in the backyard and that the fire pit was missing. I love fire pits so that was a feature I planned on using. When I messaged the host he didn't address the pile of garbage but said he was going to send someone to bring a new fire pit. The next day when we were getting to take advantage of the nice weather and use the pool a strange man showed up and said that he was there to "remove a stump". We immediately thought that he was at the wrong address. Why would a host schedule workers to be onsite while someone was renting? After the worker confirmed with the host - he proceeded to the backyard, using a very loud machine to remove the tree stump. This was completely unacceptable. Not only was this not communicated to us but it impeded on our planned alone time in the house. In addition to this - we were two women in the house in our bathing suits, our husbands had just conveniently left. If we knew someone was coming on site we could've made other plans. When I messaged the host to express how disappointed we were and asked to be reimbursed for the day, he didn't even offer a sincere apology. He instead stated that they often have workers come to the homes while guest are there. That is not a practice I've experienced at other rentals and if I knew that random people would show up at the house while we were there I wouldn't have been comfortable with renting the space. In addition to this we recieved a new fire pit with no chairs to sit around it, there was an infestation of ants in the kitchen that got into our unopened snacks therefore we had to throw it all away, and only one side of the bathroom faucet worked - the cold side only released a small stream of water. Overall the place was okay but the lack of comunication and respect for our privacy was not acceptable.

Just as advertised... The house is beautiful it comes equipped with everything you need. The best thing is the pool! It rained most of the time we were there but the covered terrace in the backyard facing the pool was a great alternative.. would love to stay there again.

Super cute property in a great central location. Updated and roomy - fantastic outdoor setup with a pool and covered seating. The little dogs next door were unbelievable barkers, but it didn’t bother us much as we were up pretty early and on the go for a long weekend. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time in Tampa. this property was one of my favorites it was truly amazing and the hosts went above and beyond to ensue we had a great stay and fix any and all issues quickly.

We missed to have a broom and a mop to clean the floors, but they had a swiffer. The day we got to the house there was a storm that broke a tree in the yard and there was some cleaning up going on. The machinery left the yard with almost no grass. It would be great if they replaced that because it got pretty muddy. They sent someone ti clean the pool the day after. Also, the dishwadher was not working. I alerted Kevin and he said they would send someone to fix it. While we were at the house, no one came. In general a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Everything is brand new in this house, a big beautiful backyard, and location is quiet but a short drive to everything. The only thing I would like for next time , is to get the water hitter work properly, besides that, I would stay again in this property.
