For the price. I would expect everything to work perfectly but it did not. 1) The wifi had very spotty connection. 2) The upstairs fireplace stopped working after the second night. 3) Most of the TVs had trouble connecting to our streaming accounts only the kitchen tv was consistent. Upstairs TV got only one channel after the first night. 4) The outdoor fireplace barely worked with the propane on even though the tank was full. 5) There were several strands of outdoor lights yet only one worked. 6) The outdoor heater did not work handyman came next day lit it but we could not get it to light again doing exactly what he showed us. 7) My wife cut her thumb pretty bad on a kitchen knife and there was no first aid kit, fire extinguisher or safety flashlight. 8) The kitchen was pretty well stocked except no zip lock bags, tin foil or saran wrap. 9) There was no welcome book with information about trash day, check out or how to work things most rentals have these. The house itself was beautiful I loved all the Spanish décor as was the neighborhood. The sheets were very comfortable, water was nice and hot. I just felt it was not worth the price and would not rent it again or recommend it unfortunately. If left as is I would suggest lowering the rate significantly.

You have to like airplanes to rent this property and we do! We were right in the flight path, but we enjoyed that. Clean and beautiful property. I’d rent this again.

We are all 40+ with children. VRBO or the company we went through in San Diego was San Diego vacation rental properties. They mislead the property to be something that it was not. It’s four bedrooms with a attached garage area. They call the 5th room.. it’s very dingy and smelly. One of the restrooms was so tiny you could barely fit in it m, hot water never came to the shower and the toilet was barely on its base. None of the TVs worked except for the one in the family room. The family room has loungers that you’re supposed to be able to kick out… you could not do that. They were lazy boys that didn’t work. The kitchen had a really nice six burner stove but only two of the burners worked. Plus there’s a red light on the stove that stays on the entire time. Seemingly to have the stove running. This is something that should not be occurring. It’s extremely close to the airport so unless you have all the windows closed in the house you can’t even talk when the airplanes fly over the house which happens every 1 to 5 minutes. However, they have a noise policy…..Lol. Their policy for noise control is over the top they’re going to fine you if you are loud after 9:00 PM. I don’t even think me with 100 friends could be louder than the planes are at 9:00 PM. During the summer months you’re only allowed to use the AC if you pay an additional $monies on top of the $monies you’re paying a night to stay there. The location it self was OK but because of all the different things that went awry. We will not use San Diego vacation rental properties for rentals or this property again. Also San Diego vacation rentals changed their checkout time to 10 AM which was originally 11 AM.

Really loved the view from the roof top! Plenty of rooms for everyone to be comfortable. The bedroom across the hot tub was not the best because of mildew smell and lack of a/c. So be SURE to tell the management firm while you are there!

Clean and plenty of space for all to enjoy. Back area you own little serenity space. Everyone loved the house.... and great location close to everything.

I bit noisy from air planes

Great property in San Diego. We went for a birthday celebration and everything was great as advertised. The plans going overhead would be the only draw back to this stay but there are plenty of times where you get some relief from the noise.

We enjoyed our stay and it was plenty of space for 3 couples, 2 kids, and grandma. The home has a lot of character and places to hang out. Only a few items were missing so we had to make extra trips to the store but that wasn't a problem given the proximity to the shopping center.
