We loved our stay and the lovely cottage! It was such a great location!

We loved this place! Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with the beach just across the street.

We had a great time. They let us drop our luggage off a little early as we came directly from our Disney hotel, which was lovely. We left to hang out on the beach while they finished cleaning for our actual check in time. They provided boogie boards and chairs. The beach is just a 2 minute walk across the street. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids - queen bed, 2 twin beds, nice couches, and an air mattress. Very comfortable, nice shower, nice toiletries, Netflix, small patio area with a grill and table, nice chairs on the front porch, well-stocked kitchen, though we didn't cook there. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. It was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing beach day after the Disney chaos.

Had a great stay here. Close to everything and had Coconuts on the Beach and a nice seafood restaurant real close. 10 out of 10.

Close to everything we needes. The beach across the steet was lovely. The house was adorable. We used it peior to our cruises and it was the perfect distance from port.

We stayed before our cruise and the location was perfect and close to the port! It was so cute and cool with the air conditioning working perfect and the shower was really cool with the stone. Loved it! The host even provided beach toys for the kiddos.

Local trolley stop across the street, restaurant 1 block from property, beach across the street, We cruised on Carnival Mardi Gras so the location was ideal. The owner has a basket of several board games for our use. We enjoyed our stay and will return if openings available.

The property is really nice and reminds me of classic surf movies. Checking in was easy and lots of nice places to eat or shop within 5 mins walk. The beach is about a 2min walk. If you drive to any of the main spots, it's a straight shot. Super easy.

We stayed here after our cruise. We were able to get in the vrbo early which was nice. We enjoyed the beach near the stay. And liked hanging out as a group rather than in separate hotel rooms.

This is a great little house in Cocoa Beach. Great place to rent for a visit

This was our first trip to Cocoa Beach and the property was just what we needed. The owner included a pack n play and was very helpful with our check in/out process. Location was perfect for a beach day and close to shops/food. Will definitely stay again.

Two grandmothers and two granddaughters(10 & 13) stayed here for a week. Very clean, quiet and cozy. Close to several interesting and very good cafes. Access to a clean, uncrowded beach is right across the street. Host immediately responded to a small problem we ran into. We really recommend this little place for any group up to four people.

Perfect little breakfast spot in walking distance with delicious food We were exhausted after getting up at 3am for an early flight and owner even agreed to get us in a bit early! We stayed for 2 days and it was walking distance to the beach. Very clean place and lots of beach vibes. Only complaint is that the bed creaks with even the slightest movement and I toss and turn all night so it was noisy which interrupted my toddlers sleep. Otherwise great location, great property and very responsive property manager.

Was an awesome time and an awesome little place to stay

Stayed 1 night so we were nearby to Port Canaveral for our cruise the following day. Place was ideally located for our purposes and within walking distance to a great breakfast spot we ate at the next day.

Loved it. So close to the beach, just a very short walk. Everything thing you needed but I might add a toaster. We brought bread and such for breakfast and no toaster. There was one beach towel there but we didn’t use it. There are chairs and an umbrella that came in handy. It was so cute and quaint. I’d live there!!!

Wonderful location and place to rest our heads! The proximity to the beach is perfect! The surf shop next door is a cool little place to shop as well. Dinner, breakfast and cocktails were all within walking distance. I only wish we had time to have stayed longer!

Host was very friendly, gave great suggestions for food and drinks, location was perfect, home was great for a quick trip to Coco Beach! Thank you. 😊
