Best what you can get in the area, fantastic choice of wines in the restaurant, good minibar in the room, a lot of sun beds, very nice pool. Staff happy to help, there are a lot of service personnel, never felt crowded or left without attention though the resort was fully booked. Very nice scenery and garden in the hotel, beach cottage is very nice and unusual to live in with great view of the ocean

Like in Zanzibar, the beach is not private and everyone wants to sell you everything, “No buy” is the best answer, but there are tens of local people wandering around and waiting for you to come out of the hotel area to the beach. facility is a little bit old

The location is exceptional, with direct, unrestricted access to Diani Beach. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was remarkable for its choice and quality of food. The staff were the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness.

One of the two types of point of sale machine for credit card payment was not reliable, but the staff were quick to remedy this.

I think that there should be more handrails for the steps. Even going down to the beach, the steps should have hand rails.

the location was great

for a 5 star resort I expected much more. the bed was HARD felt like I was sleeping on the floor and the food was horrible.

It’s great! waking up with amazing ocean view, everyone was so nice and eager to help. Rooms and facilities were always very clean. Food was probably the best food you can imagine.

The breakfast was excellent. Evening meal ok. It was always the same. Never a catch of the day for instance.

It was so annoying not to be able to open our balcony doors which faced a lovely tropical garden because of the monkeys. So you always had to have the very noisy air conditioning on. Never any fresh air. Perhaps you could have mesh doors as well so you can get some natural air and hear the birds etc. They were also very annoying round the pool. We love wild life and went on safari later which was magic.
