We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Great location being in the broad ripple area, enjoyed a lot of local food options, and only 20mins to Downtown Indy, and only 20-30 mins to Carmel. We specifically enjoyed the living room, dining room, and kitchen providing a nice open space. Beds are very comfortable and the smart TVs were a great accommodation.

I walked into the house and was immediately smacked in the face by the smell of mildew. The couches are tiny, hard and filthy from what I was told were “coffee stains”. I went to the second bedroom to grab a blanket to put over the couch so my infant could be put down however the blanket was surety with what looked like Cheeto stains and blood. The closet had a trash bag of what seemed like dirty sheets that hadn’t been removed from the last guests. Both beds were made with dirty sheets, stains and lots of hair! I had to go out and by air freshener. We slept on top of the blankets. The kitchen sink had a gross odor, the refrigerator was missing shelves. Had I not already sept so much on the wedding we were in that weekend I would have booked a hotel. Great location but the house had clearly not been cleaned between guests. This space has a perfect location but needed some love!

House is in a nice little neighborhood close to restaurants and Butler University. Inside was very clean and up to date kitchen and bathroom. Beds were super comfortable. Brooke, the owner seemed very attentive.

The home was very conveniently located, about 30mins from the Indianapolis International Airport. Beds were one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in when renting from VRBO. The cleanliness of the property for the most part was very good aside from a few things. The couch felt like it was dirty as it had stains all over it and the Keurig machine had some kind of lo mein noodle floating in it and a lot of buildup in the bottom of the water reservoir. There was also no toilet paper on the property besides the small amount already left on the roll unless we overlooked it, but we bought some and left it.

Property as listed. Comfortable beds. Only thing I would recommend is more seating in the living room and maybe TV’s in the bedrooms. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a nice time, the property was clean and had a quiet neighborhood for a weekend. The one bedroom door won't close properly and your attic vent in back is not there, which I am sure you know. Could allow unwanted animals in attic and do damage fast. A plus was the use of a washer and dryer, was nice to pack clean clothes for the trip home. Thanks again
