Over all we enjoyed our stay and hope to return. My husband and I were visiting my family that lives in Riggins. This place was super convenient for us because it was only 4 minutes away from my Dads house. One thing to note is a slight privacy issue. The slats on both the bathroom doors are extremely large gaps so you can see right into the bathroom from the living room and the bedroom. From the bathroom you can see right into the bedroom.
Also keep in mind there is a second rental property next to the cabin so if there's a rowdy bunch and there out on the deck there going to be very close to you if your sitting on the patio. we did have an issue with something that was taking place at the neighboring rental but we wanted to keep peace so we stayed inside the whole visit. We decided it wasn't a big enough deal to contact the property owner because were sure it was an isolated event.
Also note the driveway is very steep and there is a dog that barks nonstop text door if he sees you, he's quiet otherwise.
overall you will enjoy your stay, most everything you need is there and they have good hot water and pressure for showers.

This was an amazing place to stay! We added a day easily with the manager and was just an all around amazing experiance. There is sooooo much quartz in that river. And the hiking views were amazing! It was all around a great experiamce staying here!

I want everyone to know first and foremost, you will not find a more caring and professional host. The first night of our trip was definitely one to remember. The weekend we chose to stay happened to be the hottest weekend of the summer. TRIPLE DIGITS. Unfortunately, at no fault of the hosts, there was an issue with the air conditioner. Nicole, our host, was on top of it and she wasn't even in the same town! She went above and beyond to make everything right.
This little house is adorable, clean, and comfortable! Quality linens and plenty available. Blankets, towels, washcloths, bedding, etc. The view from the property is breathtaking! We even got to see deer nearby. We were in town for a wedding but if we get visit again, we will definitely book this property. Thank you, Nicole for being so understanding and on the ball!

This is a cute little house but, after adding all the miscellaneous charges, taxes, and fees, ends up being almost twice as much as the listed price! Also, I realize that there was a big bug problem at the time we were there but I think housekeeping could have done a better job clearing the bugs out of the house before we checked in. We probably got rid of at least a dozen!

This is a very unique little place. The views are amazing. We did not have any problems with the wifi. Bed was comfortable. We did have a small problem with seed bugs being everywhere. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The driveway is super steep. Check in and out were smooth.

This was the perfect little home for a week! It has comfy couches, an amazing bed, washer and dryer, and is very cozy all around!

Sometimes a little thing in life can become a big thing .... In our case this little bunkhouse with its little porch was our paradise for one night... We ate dinner, watched the sun set, enjoyed a thunder storm and talked our way into the late evening, all from this little porch.at this little bunkhouse..... Next morning we did the same think again until our 11AM departure. I highly recommend this little bunkhouse and its little porch.

We spent one night at this bunkhouse and it was perfect! Plenty of room for my husband, daughter and I and plenty of sleeping options even in a smaller place. Clean place with lots of bedding and all the supplies you might need. The best part of all was the wonderful view! This beautiful view can be enjoyed from the family room and the spacious porch. When enjoying the porch, we spotted deer and even a few river rafters passing by on the river below.

Walking distance from the city of Riggins, a short drive to fantastic swimming beaches and good fishing opportunities. The home was comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed our weekend stay! Thank you!

Cool bunkhouse
Very cute bunkhouse- it had everything we needed. Amazing view of the hills and river!! Very quiet! If you plan to go swimming in the river, bring your own beach towels though . We would highly recommend it and come back again!

Not Impressed
The view of the river and mountains was very nice. It seems silly to have a smart tv in the room when it constantly buffers and then starts over because the internet connection was horrible. We couldn't get on the computer at all! The little single stove top burner would shut off in the middle of cooking. The cabin had not been cleaned very good with cobwebs hanging from ceiling and dust. The bathroom was very dark, needs a light over the sink, and the mirror was a blurred mess. We stay at a lot of rentals, and this was I would say just about the worst.
