The hosts were super helpful and kind. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the house as well as how well-stocked the kitchen was! My husband even made us espresso in the mornings, which was a real treat. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family was visiting for our children to participate in a youth sailing event. This space was spotless, comfortable, and was very well supplied. You can tell the owners are proud of this space, as they have taken great care to make sure that everything you might need is on hand. The proximity to Coconut Grove amenities was important to us, but the home is just on the edge of a transitioning area. Although, we didn’t have any problems, we made sure to properly secure our vehicles. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had plenty of room where we didn't feel like we were in one another's space. The kitchen was decked out with a gorgeous commercial range and espresso maker. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch at night. This property is on the edge of the gentrified district so is easily walkable to Coconut Grove restaurants and shops. The Freebie picks you up about 1 block away. Our son and DIL live nearby and advised us not to walk around at night. The area is a bit rough but no one bothered us. One improvement I would like to see would be a latch on the inside of the wooden door leading to the porch area so no one off the street could gain access. We plan to stay here again next time we visit.

Plenty of room. Close to University and activities. Great kitchen and upgraded appliances were very nice. Will recommend to friends visiting Miami area!

We want to say that this house has all you look for and more for a vacation home. The owners were extremely helpful with all of the asked questions and requests. The kitchen it was amazing. It was definitely a talking piece. Came in town for a wedding. If we had the time we would have stayed longer to rest on that well cared for balcony and the most comfortable mattresses. I would definitely recommend this Hidden Gem for vacation.

Well located in the Grove, clean, stylish, and great hosts. Always considerate of our needs with well stocked basics and quick responses when asked a question. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we come back the the area.

The house has been remodeled completely. The kitchen is gorgeous. There's plenty of room for a family to stay here and have their own space. The family room shape is a bit odd - it's a bit like a long hallway, so if you will be trying to gather together space is a bit limited. The dining table also only seats 4. The owners were extremely friendly and live right next door if you have any issues. The property is several blocks from the main strip of Coconut Grove. For us due to some injuries this was not walkable. Depending on what you're used to, you may or may not have issues with the neighborhood. I would say this is on the very early side of gentrification, with this house being the nicest on the block.

Our family stayed while visiting the University which is just a short drive away. This is a gorgeous property: exceptionally clean, thoroughly stocked, well-maintained and has the best Coffee supply! Beds are comfortable, parking is easy and the owners are next door and willing to answer all questions, even for those of us new to Miami. We will stay here again for all future trips to Miami!

My husband and I traveled with my parents to Miami to visit our youngest son, a student at UM. This was the PERFECT place - love the location, the unit itself is clean, updated, and just amazing, and the host was so responsive. We felt so, so welcome.... We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful home in walking distance to Main street and shopping district. Super comfortable accommodations and the hosts have the gift of hospitality so you don't have to worry if you forgot something as all essentials are there. Very clean and the kitchen has all you could need and more. We especially loved the espresso machine! The neighborhood is a typical Miami neighborhood with a mix of updated and older homes looking for a facelift. But it is quiet and convenient with plenty of street parking. The hosts were easily contacted and responded to any communication. We were there for a wedding and having two and a half baths made it easy for us to get ready for the events and the porch made for a lovely backdrop for our pre wedding photos!

Beautiful home in a great location, owners were so sweet and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer. A couple of our nearby family favorites Crandon beach and Monty’s for dinner!

This is the most thoughtful host I have ever encountered! The house was immaculate, stocked with anything we could have ever needed, and located a short walk away from the main hub of the Grove (lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, and things to do).

This quiet newly renovated property in an up and coming neighborhood has been thoughtfully and tastefully remodeled. The owners live next door and are the nicest people. The house is stocked with everything you ever need and more.

My only concern was the pictures didn’t have all the bathrooms in them. We were surprised to see another beautiful bath and a half not seen in pictures. Highly recommend this place.

A quick girls weekend for my mother (82) and sister. We wanted something. walkable to nightlife/restaurants but quiet, low key, and charming. We got all of that and more. I cludi g easy parking and check in. Wonderful hosts. Very well appointed. Amazing beds. 2 1/2 bathrooms! And a fun farmers market on Saturday. We would high recommended.

Our family of four adults and two small children could not have found a more hospitable place than Brian and Maria's. Communication was excellent. Everything was top notch and spotless, and they went above and beyond, even providing "staple" breakfast food in the fridge and pantry, a bottle of wine for the weary grown-ups, and little candies for all. We highly recommend staying here.

The house is very well kept, with equipments brand new and state of the art, rooms very confortable. The location in very near to cocowalk, on the west side of coconut grove. We definitable stay again

Very nice house with cozy style and retro classical Spanish colonial decoration. The host are very welcoming. They greet you with basic items inside the refrigerador. This also included a bottle of wine and chocolate. For guest who like to cook, the kitchen is complete with all cooking utensils, appliances , glassware and cutlery. This includes a top of the line gas stove and expresso machine. The entire house is spotless. The furniture is in great condition and effectively comfortable. There are a myriad of plants both inside and outside the house which add a refreshing environment to the dwelling. In short, very nice house. You can help but notice that the owners have invested a lot of effort ensuring guest have a pleasant experience. I recommend this place if you are visiting the Coconut Grove, Miami area.

This is an incredible property. Exceptional clean and organized. The owners provide everything we could possibly need and more. They had snacks and breakfast items available. We were arriving super late and they made sure everything was okay and even met us. We were able to walk to Coconut Grove and that was very convenient. There was a ethnic, natural farmers market close by on Saturday morning. We had an excellent visit, thanks to the wonderful owners of the property. THANK YOU!!!

Maria and Daniel could not have been more gracious hosts! We arrived early and they welcomed us right into the house. The house has been redone and it is lovely. There were three bedrooms and 2.5 baths which fit the needs of our family. They had stocked the kitchen with so many things which we appreciated. The brioche bread made some FANTASTIC French toast with the real maple syrup they had for us. The house was very clean and I loved the sheets that we had in the master bedroom. We were about three blocks from what I would consider the main street in Coconut Grove so the location is exactly what we were looking for. They live next door so they said we could knock on the door for anything that we need. Overall, it was just a really great place to stay with really lovely hosts!

This was a perfect house for three friends to stay at. We were attending a wedding (also in Coconut Grove) and this was a great "home base" for our stay. Maria was easy to work with, and we especially appreciated that the kitchen came with fresh, unopened milk for morning coffee. The location is conveniently located and parking was easy (but not secured). Thanks for the great stay!

The process of renting this property was simple. I was a little bit concerned because I didn’t get the address as soon as I had with another property. The overall state of the property was very good. The homeowner greeted us upon arrival, and he was very friendly and welcoming. The stay was great except for very loud noise one morning that woke us up. It was a family member of the owner working out the yard early in the morning. We met the other owner at the end of our stay, and she was seemed friendly as well. We would stay at this property again.
