This property was immaculately clean and perfectly arranged for our needs, with every detail considered. In addition, the location of the property was perfect for everything we wanted and like to do while on travel. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Burlington (and I hope we do!).

Clean, open, airy, and welcoming house very conveniently located within easy walking distance of either beautiful Lake Champlain or the fun and walkable business center of Burlington and on up to the University of Vermont. We had a hearty breakfast at Handy's Diner next-door (but we did not tackle the monster breakfast sandwich featured on Man Vs. Food!) and rode the bike trail from the harbor down to the causeway. A wonderful place to stay!

My family and I had the best time staying at Kelly’s place before my wedding. I lived in Burlington for ten years and wanted to be close to all of my favorite spots and the bike path. The home was immaculate and had everything anyone could ever need. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at Kelly's thoughtfully designed home during a reunion with University of Vermont friends. My husband, who knew the area well, was delighted to be right next to Handy's Diner (Earl remembered him!), a few short blocks from Lake Champlain, and a reasonable climb up to campus and Church Street.
Kelly thought of everything! We especially loved the local fare she stocked in the house -- Ursa Major bath products, fresh beans for coffee in a grinder, and even a couple of beers in the fridge. Her home is clean, cozy, and quiet, even though it is on a busy street. She responded quickly to any questions we asked and left great advice for places to eat, activities, etc.

We loved everything about this house. Its is newly renovated and the owners spared no expense. Gorgeous hardwood floors, cute deck, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds with great linens. The brand new washer and dryer were super helpful during our stay. There is a record player with vinyl for listening. It was really fun to show my son how a real record is played and the sound system is awesome! It is a block from the waterfront and a 10 minute walk to Church Street- super convenient! We have family and friends that live in South Burlington and will most definitely rent here again. We really loved our stay!

What a great weekend in Burlington, due in no small part, to this lovely property. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including shops, dining, cocktails and waterfront. EVERTHING in this property was so well designed with guest comfot in mind. The owners are personable, responsive, and accommodating. Perfect combination of home and hospitality!

Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time! The home was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed being able to walk downtown and to the lakefront trail. We also had fun with the record player and music selection!

This a great place that has been tastefully renovated. Close to waterfront, walking distance to Church St. The only reason I subtracted a star was that we found mouse droppings in the kitchen, but nothing that some mouse bait wouldn't be able to fix. Minus that, pretty perfect place.

Great small property in downtown Burlington, with outside deck space. Suitable for both downtown access as well as walkable (2 blocks) to Lake Champlain. Perfect for self-catering. We really enjoyed our short stay here!

The home was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the lake and restaurants. The host had the home well stocked with essentials and she was quick to respond when needed. We had so much fun playing the board games she provided. We were in town for our daughter's UVM surgical residency graduation and the home perfectly met out needs. Thank you Kelly :)

When the family heard that I had to attend a conference in Burlington, they were all of the sudden interested in coming with, huh. So, the hunt was on to find a place where we could fit our family of 4, comfortably...and this gem of a property fit the bill. The proximity to the lake, to Church St, to Handy's...the updated interior with the pine floors, the terrific shower, the well stocked supplies, the little notes everywhere to make the stay easier...it is an awesome place (and so is Burlington). Thanks.

We planned three nights near our daughter's family in Burlington, VT. From quick communication before our stay everything went very well. The house was clean and bright. our grandchildren had a few meals with us at the house and enjoyed it very much. Little things like a pen and note pad, make-up remover pads, plastic bags to store leftovers in all these little details add up to an easy relaxed stay. We really enjoyed the quick walk a few blocks to a park and the lake shore,

We loved this property. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. It felt roomy and bright, with everything updated and well-appointed. Our host was super responsive with check-in details and restaurant recommendations. We got a little snow and made the most of our time in Burlington. We plan on booking again in the fall for the changing of colors. Great experience.

This house has everything! Housevus completely renovated (brand new everything) with so much charm and convenience. A very short walk to everything Burlington has to offer — Lake Champlain, restaurants and shopping. Comfy-luxe bedding and bath amenities.

Loved this house! The location was great, we parked our car and didn’t use it again until we checked out. It’s so close to the lake and also very close to downtown. Plenty of room to gather and hang inside the home, the back deck was nice too. Beds were very comfortable as well. Lots of house rules, which are clearly communicated in the listing but something to be aware of when you book. Super clean, well appointed and overall a very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again!

This property is AMAZING! Great location. Very open and airy! My husband and I were there with our 2 college kids to move our youngest into UVM! Kelly was super helpful and even helped us with recommendations on where we could get a bike for our incoming UVM freshman! This place is close to Church Street- we walked everywhere! We will be back!!!!

This property is perfect — from location to comfort to decor! My husband and I stayed for one night, as we travelled through town, stopping to visit my college town! Burlington is amazing, and this house is the perfect resting spot in such a wonderful town. Every amenity, detail and corner of the house was perfect! Thanks so much for having us! :)

This house is great. It is extremely bright and clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning. The pull out was surprising sturdy and comfortable. The home owners added some welcoming touches. The house is close to some coffee shops and the bike trail. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the lake and view the sunset. I've rented a lot of houses. This was by far the easiest check in and out.

Great weekend!
We stayed for a weekend recently and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and very clean. The host, Kelly, was very thoughtful and offered supplies for our toddler, which was so helpful. The location is great, easy to walk everywhere. Thanks for a great weekend away!
